Brilliant experience renting out a blouse I’d worn at my wedding. It’s no longer stocked by the designer so I hope I can help plenty of brides who might want to wear it.

By rotation is super easy to use for renting clothing. It’s a great way to make some money on the side of work or study!

First time using a hire service and would definitely do it again

All went very smoothly and there was so much to choose from. I will definitely use ByRotation again to hire dresses for future events!

The app is really easy to use. It was so easy to apply for a rental. The lady who rented me the dress sent it next day delivery. It was too easy!

I uploaded one garment on the by rotation app and was messaged directly by another customer about her order , I then received an email to confirm the order. I am a new customer and cannot recommend this app to anyone as it is not secure. The whole incident was a scam that I reported immediately to the business who took 5 working days to offer what they think was a resolution. I even messaged their CEO who cannot be bothered replying to customers. The customer service is poor and robotic , reusing the same standards replies copy and paste and blame the customer and took no ownership whatsoever and offered nothing. Beware the app is not safe and looks like their systems is hacked very easily.

Easy uploading and fabulous selection of items to rent ! Can’t wait to start earning

Not great. I reached out to the support team after one of my items came back damaged, I never received a reply to my email and no support was given. I give 3 stars because the rest of my experience with this app has been great and I have enjoyed both renting beautiful pieces and being able to share my wardrobe with others.

Lender couldn’t find dress I had ordered for my daughters wedding, sent a smaller size and different colour - neither were suitable. Both were extremely poor quality I would suggest over cleaned with snags on the front. Communication was poor and a partial refund given. Disappointed is an understatement

Excellent platform which encourages sharing of great outfits. Easy to navigate and great that it enables sales too! Also gives me great outfit inspo for a special event

Great experience. Able to enjoy luxury items and not pay the high price. Much more sustainable approach to fashion. Especially for special occasions

Don't know what is going on, but it seems like the app should be better at reminding you that the dress has or hasn't been shipped. Leaving for a wedding on Saturday, will need to go out and buy some random dress now??

Rented my wedding dress through By Rotation and it was such a smooth process. The team were super responsive and came back to me on my many questions quickly and efficiently. I was also able to try on my dress at their Mayfair store which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend renting through them.

I have always had a great experience with ByRotation. The renters are very approachable, items always delivered on time and true to size and just like the images. I find it a very sustainable alternative to constantly purchasing new outfits.

Claudia was very professional, made the whole process easy for me and got an absolutely stunning dress! I'd never done this before but it really makes sense ! I ended up wearing a stunning dress and would have paid quite a lot of money but didn't. Thank you very much for this genius idea. Service was second to none! Would highly recommend
