Easy process. Dress arrived exact date it was expected. Dress fab quality, got compliments all evening. Arrived in a Reusable sustainable bag with return label already printed. Would def recommend!

The item I received was very dirty and smelly. It could not be worn!
I returned as soon as I could and have been told I cannot have a refund at all.
Won’t use again!

I never shop for fashion anymore - I've been using By Rotation for the last 5 years, lending out my clothes and bags and using that rental income to rent unique, interesting and new fashion from others on the app. It's been hugely rewarding - financially, socially and morally. It all feels so obvious now, and I'm glad I'm no longer the shopaholic I used to be!

been using byrotation for about 3 years now and never had a bad experience! the renters have always been lovely and the process is so smooth, they have saved my last minute fashion dilemmas on numerous occasions and is such an easy way to do your part in consuming less

Worst app ever. I downloaded the app so I could be more sustainable as I love to buy clothing. I tried renting a dress for my friends hen trip to Paris, I paid up two weeks ahead of the event and assumed everything was finalised, only to receive a message 5 days before my trip to state that the ‘request had expired’ it seems the renter has to accept the request and she didn’t- even though she had been active on the app constantly. I tried again, same dress with 2 different renters and the same thing happened- expired requests! I have just bought the dress myself from the actual brand now which cost me £175 fingers crossed it arrives with the next day delivery. And now I have yet another piece of clothing in my overflowing wardrobe. It is gorgeous though. The concept is such a great idea, it’s just such a shame it’s dreadful/has time wasters on it

I have rented 5+ different outfits through this app. Love the concept of the app from a sustainability perspective and a much more affordable way to enjoy a nice outfit. Never had any issues or difficulties.

I recently had my first experience with this rental service and it was nothing short of fantastic! I rented the stunning Nadine Merabi dress for my birthday photoshoot, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Phoebe was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding me through the process with ease. The entire experience was quick, smooth, and hassle-free—truly a birthday treat for my wardrobe and my wallet. No complaints at all, and I’m already looking forward to my next rental. Highly recommended!

I like the concept but I had a dinner planned for 5 days time to celebrate getting my dream job, the first girl I rented from cancelled and refunded me as the previous renter has stolen the item with only 4 days notice and the second girl failed to update her listings and had already rented out on separate platform. Quite a disappointing experience and resulted in me not being able to buy the dress as it would not arrive in time so having to wear something else. A shame really but what can you do
