Terrible Online Delivery Experience if you make to many purchase with several packages!
1st they lost a retour tshirt. They demanded the money; I wrote back. They fixed the issue as if they gave it as gift to me.
2nd they send me Mahnung for the product I have sent back. I wrote back again. They said they will re investigate but after 2 weeks send the second Mahnung!!!

I was worried because of the bad reviews here, but I have a nice experience so far. I bought clothes via webshop 3 times on July 20, 22, and 23, 2021. Delivery time took only 2-3 days. Some of the items were not delivered because they're out of stock (worth € 27,97), and they informed they will send the refund soon. I knew I took the risk buying the last items products and I don't mind waiting for the refund.
On August 2, 2021, I returned some items in my 3 packages to the C&A store because I bought the wrong size (still not familiar with the sizing). The total amount for these returned items was € 99,94. So the total refund was € 127,91.
I got the refund for the undelivered items after 20 days of purchase. And today August 18, 2021 I just got the refund for the returned items (16 days after I sent them to the store). So I can say buying online is safe but you do need patience for the refunds.
I really like the products online, lovely blouses and dresses, and before I bought online I went to the store to check if they were available but unfortunately they weren't. I wish they would improve the products at the store so I don't have to pay a lot only to try on and make sure the clothes will fit me.

I’ve made some purchase before at C&A online with no issue. But this last time it was terrible…the order took more than 2 weeks to arrive (seems to be an recurring issue for months) and when arrived to my surprise 3 out of the 6 items were missing. I’ve tried to contact the customer service via email, Facebook and phone….no success! I have more than 40 euros to be credited to my credit card, and no answer about it!!! This is unacceptable!
Now seeing all the reviews, I can just say: don’t buy anything from C&A. Terrible customer experience, keeping money from the clients that didn’t received or returned the items correctly.
site error un-fixable
I try to order some t-shirts for my daughter for her horse riding lessons ect. but the site doesn't let me add more items to my cart. I refreshed the page multiple times, switch my laptop off about three times, and I even REA-INSTALLED my WHOLE laptop UNIT. don't order online on this website. I repeat: DONT . ORDER . FROM . THIS . WEBSITE . ONLINE . if you want to buy something, I recommend doing it in person because otherwise you'll be TURNED DOWN!!

If I have read the reviews here first, I would have never bought on the website! As many people described, I bought something on March 6th and so far it was not even sent! A lot of ridiculous emails saying it will take longer, to have patience... and they make very clear you can’t cancel the order... this is utterly disrespectful to the customers..: you don’t get your order, you can’t cancel and they don’t give any proper explanation... never again I will buy on c&a website and I encourage you to do the same... it’s only frustration and disappointment
4 weeks to deliver
My order took close to 4 weeks to make to my home. In the meantime, I asked for a n update twice, but never got any reply to my questions.
A fallen giant - beware!!!
They make you pay for products that turn out to be sold out 2 weeks later. They just let you wait on an order they will never ship out. And then you need to beg for a refund. C&A used to be an institution in the city of Hoorn (NL) but dropped deep to a multunational that can't even run a simple webshop.
A lot of process errors in the website
I made an order in this website store and had several problems. First I had problems with the payment process, I tried to pay with credit card and Paypal and both methods gave me an error, two times each one. After the error with the credit card the order was not processed but the money was made captive in my account. Every time you get an error with the payment the website empty you shopping car and you have to insert the products again.
If you want to guarantee if something went wrong with your order you can't because the order only appear in the website after they validate in Backoffice. Before that you don't have any proof of your order.
I should have given up after that but I tried to order again with Revolut and the order was successfully finished but with the issue that I mentioned before, with no proof of that.
After they validated I have two order registered in the website but I know that only one was paid.
The order didn't arrive yet. Let's see...
Very bad custimer service
Very bad custimer service, they didnt change my jeans because I take it in the sale and only 10 days after I try to xchange it but they said that its inly 7 days, they didnt mentined that in the shop,, only in the casheir with very very small font. Of corse they said that after I wait half hour because they have only 1 casheir!!!
Extemely slow delivery
Shipping can take up to 15 (!) working (!) days. That's three whole weeks. This is insane in current times, and they don't explicitly communicate this until *after* you placed an order.
In practice it indeed actually took almost 15 working days. These delays are unrelated to covid, of course even though they do attempt to shift the blame in that direction a bit (but not entirely)
C&A should get their act together and until then warn in their online shop with a large banner "Hey we're superincompetent and by the time you receive your package it will probably be out of fashion"
Impossible to try to order the right size.
I wanted to order a trousers that i bought in a C&A store. However the measures on the website do not match the measures written in their product online. I called the customer service and they did not want to say what measures on the website would fit the measures written in the trousers.
They refused to do this but just referred to the table of measures which does not match with the measures written in the trousers...

They have excellent customer service when I went to the store to do my shopping, the prices are quite good and the truth is that whenever I go I end up buying several pieces of clothing and on certain occasions I have even bought a pair of shoes, I highly recommend the store for those looking for good prices. Although I still think that I should add more variety in men's clothing, out of there, perfect
Refund in more than 5 weeks!!!
I made recently 3 orders. 2 of them arrived in 10 days(!!) and 1 of them is still "in process". Even I don't see anything processed in days and it's still not send, they told me that they can not cancel the order.
Since I have send a part of my order back, I have asked them, how long it will take for the refund. They told me currently it takes a MINIMUM of 4 weeks to process the return + up to 9 working days for the money transfer!!! That's insane! I paid immediately when I made my orders, so I expect to get my money back in a reasonable time as well. I understand that it can take a few days longer currently, but this is honestly too much. I order a lot online, but with or without the corona crisis....no other online shop has such a delay! I will never order here again!!!!

DONT BUY HERE. I bought A jacket together with a pair of shoes that were on sale with a 20% discount + my Welkom discount for signing up in the newsletter of extra 10% off. With 1 week delay they sent the jacket over but not the shoes because they say they’re out of stock, however if I go to the online shop the shoes are available but now on full price so if I want them I need to buy them again with but paying extra 30%!!! No package, no money, no proper answer
I have placed an order on April 26th, money has been withdrawn from my account on April 28th and now on May 28th I still did not receive the shipment. Horribly inefficient customer service (dough polite) that either has a bad system where they cannot see what has been previously communicated/done or is poorly trained. In both cases customer ends up with a lot of irritation and lost time, without money and shipment.
Highly recommend NOT TO purchase at this site.
