CA A-kasse has been one of the worst…
CA A-kasse has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in Denmark. The system is confusing, only in Danish, and the staff are consistently rude and dismissive instead of supportive. Rather than helping members navigate a complicated process, they make everything more difficult and unpleasant.
On top of that, they actively pressure members to leave positive reviews, which makes the high ratings completely misleading.
I would not recommend CA A-kasse to anyone looking for fair treatment or genuine support.

Career advice meeting
It was my first day of meeting Dorthe at CA for career advice. All her valuable advise and very structured way of applying a job-made a lot of sense to me. After we talked, I feel so positive to move forward and follow her advise to land a job soon! I couldn’t be more grateful that I met her where I now feel hopeful and back my spirit to keep going in hunting a job in a different-right way. CA is the best and worth to invest as your A-kasse in Denmark specially if you are in a season of difficulties on finding a job.
I am optimistic to have my full time job very soon! So big kudos to Dorthe for her professionalism and welcoming attitude.

I am so happy I am CA member.
I have been a member since I graduated from CBS many years ago, and I want to share now that CA is not just any A-kassa. Yes, the website's functionality and design are beautiful and work great, and all kinds of self-help tools are available and useful. But that is not the thing that makes me happy. It is the people that work there. I can not express you how good I feel talking to them. They are so kind, really really helpful and motivating in the right, delicate way.
