Great service and 1:1 sessions
I’ve been part of CA for 5 years now and I’ve had to use their unemployment services twice so far. First time after I graduated and this year when I have become unemployed. Both times the help from CA has been great and very comprehensive. I have now found a job, which is partly thanks to Jette’s help. Our 1:1 sessions have not only been extremely full of useful information, but Jette’s warmth and the feeling of truly caring about my progress has been really motivational. I’m really happy with my CA membership and I look forward to continue using their services for when I’m employed again.

Inspiring and encouraing career advise from Dorthe Kingo Søndergaard
In March, I left my last job and looked for new opportunities. Dorthe helped me with some methods for interview, strongly suggested me to practice with some interview questions on CA website, book a meeting to practice for a specific interview, or have reflections on my answers to interview questions. These methods and practices have improved my performance at interviews and I received positive feedback from interviewers.
More importantly, Dorthe is really good at following up my progress and giving feedback accordingly. After her advice, I have adjusted my job search strategy in April and landed a job offer by the end of May.
After her suggestion, I have also read various materials from webinar on-demand on CA website. They are very useful tools for different purposes.
Thank you Dorthe, Thank you CA, for providing me both useful tools, applicable advice and courage to get a job that suits my interest and ambition.

Great Experience and Big Help…
I have had always great experiences with CA, both in their office in Gentofte and in messages/ over the phone. Everyone is always super friendly, helpful and supportive regardless of my questions and situation. But I like to mention Hanane Chtatou, who is excellent forskikringsrådgiver. Definitely recommended, also for foreigners.
As a foreigner that does not speak Danish I struggled to know how to choose the right career partner and insurance fund. Someone recommended CA and it did not disappoint. I found the costumer service on the phone to be quick to reach and always kind and knowledgable. I had many questions along the way and I always felt listened to and supported. At the in-person meetings I was lucky to have Jette Eliassen as career advisor as she was a pleasure to discuss with in all three meetings. I received help with practical things like the CV and with the search for direction and the building of a sense of context, two important things just after graduating and as an immigrant. I'm still a member and I'm sure I'll feel equally supported in the coming months. Definitely recommended.
