Dog was given “problematic med” even though I communicated he had a gene defect. I was told I’d meet with the veterinarian prior to his surgery and when I arrived, I was told I would not. I paid for a Pre Op Exam/office call. I didn’t get a call or exam from the vet prior to surgery. Staff was pleasant but I certainly can’t recommend the facility.
