Use it for the first time, the metal ring broke. Will you re-send another one to me?

I have a very small, very new YouTube channel. Everything I buy comes out of my pocket. No business account, not YouTube payments, just my cash. These banners were inexpensive, and pretty good quality. I went to my first event this weekend, and really liked the way they looked.

What went wrong was simply everything.
A) I called, simply looking to duplicate an order, rep told me couldn’t see previous orders.
B) all foreign reps; barely able to understand.
C) I ordered online ‘khaki color hats, received white.
D) contacted company, sent pictures of WHITE hat, was told will replace.
E) received same color replacement hats; now told different suppliers have different colors. White is not khaki!
F) was told will get refund, have only received partial refund. I ordered hats from different company.
G) purchased many hats in the past from the company, no longer will!

The image of the towels I ordered looked amazing, but I wasn’t expecting much for $20 a piece. Man, I was wrong, they are super pro and I’m ordering more with a new design cause I’m soooo impressed with the image quality.

I loved the mug, but wish the photos I choose were just a little bigger.

I ordered a few coffee mugs from your company. And one of them had a broken handle. So i have to send it back. But i have 2 confirmation numbers, and i dont know which one it belongs to? So i was thinking about calling you and asking what’s the best thing to do?

First time using CafePress, but i was not upset. My logo looked great and I can't wait to create more employee uniforms and merch.
