Was very pleased with how easy everything was. So far only concern i have is the banners seem very thin. Not sure how well they will hold up but time will tell.

Incredibly disappointed in the etched pint glasses I purchased. The etching is so faint that it is illegible and looks nothing like the image in the pictures. It completely disappears when the glass is filled. I will not be using these, so this was a complete waste.

Fast service, beautiful customized products, fair price

I placed an order for 300 pens, and out of the 300, 116 of them were misprinted with either smudges, blotches, or bleeding. Would not recommend. I've reached out to customer service, and they are taking a very long time to get back to me with a fix or a refund.

Update: only a few minutes after posting this I received an email saying that they were going to replace the entire order. Therefore, I’ve updated my rating and may do business with them again if the remake is acceptable.

I ordered before to see what you could do and was very impressed with the product as was those I gave too so ordered another set.

The app to order what I wanted was easy to understand and worked well. Shipping was almost immediate, and the quality was outstanding. I ordered 10 extra large beach towels with a logo on it and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality. 10 out of a 10.

They made the wrong product and now I have to ship it back and wait for my product no discussion of making anything right or refunds now I won’t have it in time for my event!

The banner itself is beautiful. However, since receiving it I keep seeing ads for this company and the banners have the sides folded for reinforcement for the grommets. Mine is not folded at the edges and the picture does not go edge to edge, so clearly mine should have been folded and wasn't. I used it for the first time yesterday, as soon as I hung it the grommets started to pull away from the vinyl and I didn't have tension on it. So if they want to make this right I'll be happy to change my review, but until then I wouldn't use them again.
