This company is a scammer.This is by far the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. My package was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was met with silence, excuses, and zero accountability. No investigation, no resolution, and no refund.
It genuinely feels like my package was stolen or deliberately mishandled, and the company made no effort to correct the situation. A courier’s basic responsibility is to deliver packages safely and honestly—this company failed completely.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this courier. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, choose a more reliable and trustworthy delivery service.

Ordered something back in November 27

Ordered something back in November 27, it’s Dec 27 hello??? Where is my package. Delay is understandable bc of holiday but damn. First estimate Dec 10-17 then u moved it to 21 then said attempt delivery Dec 26 but failed?? Then Dec 27 you tried again but it’s also late. It’s suppose to be delivered two hours ago. Disappointed

Delivery took weeks so didn't arrive for Christmas day. Picture made the jumper look knitted and chunky but it isn't, it's just printed onto thin material so very bad value for money. Looks ok from a distance though. Very disappointed overall!

Air Shipping? My Package Has Been ‘At the Airport’ for a Month.

I placed an order in November 2025. As of December 21, 2025, it’s been about a month and the parcel is still shown as “at the airport” with no clear reason and no real movement. Customer support only replies with a generic template: “logistics issues,” with no concrete timeline, no actionable details, and no explanation. This was sold as air shipping, but in reality it’s slower than regular mail. I’ve wasted a lot of time and nerves constantly checking tracking updates and contacting support, with no result. If this is “air,” I can’t imagine how long it would take by sea. This service is irresponsible: no transparency, no reliable ETA, and no meaningful customer support. I do not recommend Cainiao to anyone. If you can, avoid them and choose a different shipping method or seller.

After long delay. It came.
It’s awful a nylon print rag. Asked for full refund, reply keep it we will give you 20% off.
I said no way want full refund. Now they are offering me 50% off and to keep it.
Done some digging comes from warehouse in south all.
Not renleys as portrayed in advert.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY AND ITS PARENT CO. ALIEXPRESS. I WAS ASSURED OF FAST DELIVERY; OVER A MONTH LATER STILL WAITING. I EMAILED AND THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE FULL ADDRESS; I SENT THEM MY ADDRESS; NO DELIVERY! ALIEXPRESS FINALLY SAID THE MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED, YET I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM CAINIAO THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. MONEY BACK? NOT EVEN A HINT OF THIS. STAY AWAY FROM BOTH COMPANIES.

Nothing done about parcel theft

My parcel got stolen by the delivery man (in France). After letting the eBay seller know I didn't get anything in 10 days, he was provided a photo in front of my mailbox and then another of putting the package in a mailbox. The second photo was cropped as to not show anything but there was enough to notice it wasn't my mailbox. I gave photos of my mailbox opened and it was clear it didn't correspond, in shape/features, color nor opening direction. The seller reported it, i did also and we both got told the investigation concluded the proof of delivery is valid.
A scummy company who covers for package theft.

They claimed my address was wrong it's been almost 9 days no answer I called to have it re delivered and got nothing, just either give the package to another company or refund me like it's not that hard to choose but ig y'all rather your company go down hill :/

Hot garbage

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a plushie for myself on November 11, 2025, I've yet to receive my package due to a "delay" that occurred on November 26, 2025, and I wrote this on December 10, 2025. I've never waited this long for a package. Extremely disappointing and infuriating. I genuinely hope this trainwreck of a company gets taken down.

If there were an award for the world’s…

If there were an award for the world’s worst shipping company, Cainiao wouldn’t just win, they’d sweep the category every single year. I genuinely don’t understand how a company can be this spectacularly terrible at the one job they exist for.

Their drivers must have superpowers, because they manage to “attempt delivery” without ever coming near your house, calling you, or even being in the same ZIP code. It’s like they deliver with psychic energy, except nothing actually shows up.

Customer service? Absolutely useless. They might as well replace their entire support team with a brick wall, because at least a wall doesn’t send you copy-paste nonsense pretending to “help.”

The reviews say it all — this company has turned incompetence into an art form. My package wasn’t just delayed; it was ignored, abandoned, and treated like it offended someone personally.

If you see the name Cainiao anywhere in your shipping details, congratulations: your package has basically entered the Bermuda Triangle of delivery services. You’re better off mailing the item to yourself via carrier pigeon. You’ll get it faster, and the pigeon will probably have better customer service, too.

Avoid this clown show at all costs.

Worse delivery company ever

Worse delivery company ever.
Shipping is soo slow and absolutely no updates along the path it’s travelling.
Emailed them several times to only be told to contact the company I purchased from 😡
Would not recommend them at all.
They need to be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worse shipping company I’ve ever dealt with in 35 years. Claiming you’ve attempted to deliver my package when I was literally sitting at home on my porch waiting for it since it was “out for delivery” only to see no one ever attempt to deliver anything. Pathetic and I hope the go out of business, which according to all the reviews I read isn’t to far off.

Inaccurate updates of delivery

Received message saying my item will be delivered that day but it never did. Waitied few days and still no updates. Terrible. And not as if we can choose who is our courier from taobao. Ainiao is really niao. Probably will not buy from taobao again.

The service with this company is…The WORSE EVER!!!!

The service with this company is TERRIBLE. I have been patient with this company when it comes to them delivering my package. For the last 3 weeks i have been told to wait 1-3 days for the delivery of my package and still no package. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not one and i could speak to one via email. I asked for the address to where my package was so i could pick it up myself, i was told there was not one. I asked to speak to the driver or team lead of the drivers and was told there was not one. I asked were they stealing packages and hesitated and said no. At this point i can only assume they are stealing packages. Worse company ever.

Cainiao is an unreliable carrier.

Cainiao was purchased by Alibaba Group in 2024, and is now under the same parent umbrella as AliExpress. AE has recently started letting Cainiao US handle parcel delivery in the United States, and they are not good. Cainiao acts as an intermediary and passes parcels off to a last mile carrier like SpeedX, which just complicates the matter. They do not provide delivery proof other than saying "Delivered," and there's no way to actually see who will make the last mile delivery to you. You can't even get proof, email to Cainiao's US office simply bounces, and their global office refers you to the vendor itself.

So far with my orders from AE, they have about a 75% success rate of actually getting parcels to me. Two of the last 8 did not arrive at all, and the remaining 6 finally showed up after being "Out for delivery" for 8 days - and were simply tossed in the bushes at my place of business instead of being left inside the unlocked doors, or even on the covered walkway where someone could see it and bring it inside - it sat outside during a 4 day holiday weekend which fortunately was just cold.

The last parcel was delivered by SpeedX for Cainiao, the same company that recently could not deliver because my business was closed - on a Monday afternoon? (12/1 Edit: I found out that SpeedX has been delivering these to a nearby business that's normally closed through the week. I have no idea why, the address on the parcel is correct but the coordinates they had on a similar item are completely wrong.)

I find myself considering the reliability of continuing to order from companies that use this carrier for shipping. If they do not improve substantially, there's no need as a 25% loss rate is unacceptable. They get two stars because they actually managed to get some of the things I ordered in my hands, even if it was a potential loss due to weather.

12/2 Edit: I've reduced my rating to one star for the below reason:

It's most likely that Cainaio's last-mile carrier choices were completely unable to deliver anything to me. I found out that they had been going to a local church, and that church had been bringing them to my location. I contacted SpeedX, one of those last mile carriers...they admitted they misdelivered, could not get it back, and to use this email as proof of loss.

That doesn't help at all because Cainiao doesn't provide the last-mile tracking number at any point. A vendor can't cross reference that to the order, and have no way to verify that it's actually what I said it is. I've simply stopped ordering from AliExpress and other companies that use these carriers for their deliveries.

DO NOT USE THEM

Order a wig off of alieexpress a month in advance of con, my shop i bought it from used this stupid ass shipping people as the deliver. They claim they could not deliver it because i was not home, except I was home, at like 7:20 at night. never heard a knock or doorbell, so basiclly they stole my package or went to the wrong house. Now after reading these reviews, i will have to shell out more money to buy a wig off of amazon because the con is in two weeks and i need it.
