I ordered to Blankets in November on my statement $66.23 with all the discounts, checked my account, $122.48 taken out. It was free postage. One blanket has not arrived sent me messages telling me to be patient, if I could give it a ZERO I would, Carmel

I wish I could give this company zero stars!!! I ordered a total of 6 name blankets on November 11th, and here it is January 13, and I have only received a total of two blankets. I paid through PayPal, and will dispute the charge and get my money back ASAP!! I have emailed the company several times, and they just send me a screen shot of the two that were delivered.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered three blankets on November 18 and they did not arrive until January. They looked horrible. Nothing like the picture. I only received two and three and one arrived with holes in it. The company would do absolutely nothing about it. Beware.

Just want to let everyone know how I was treated as a customer with Cake-lust.com. I ordered 2 blankets for my grandchildren for Christmas. I received them and to my shock I was thinking how something that was in such bad workman ship was sent out. I guess they have no QC people working at their company. (Quality Control) The names were way off and the color was spotty and so very thin and they were the size of a small bath towel. I was in shock to see such a mess. The hem at the top and bottom was so off. It would start at about an inch and go into apx a 3 inch hem and then back to about an inch. It was not straight and very visible. The color of the material they use was very spotty. The names would start at different spots and then there would be huge open gaps with nothing then a few letters would appear and the remainder of the name would begin at the other side of the blanket so it would go from left to right. It's hard to explain I sent them many pictures and pointed out each defect. They claim they did not see any defects. They did offer on their site that they give refunds for many reasons but when you ask for a refund they refuse. The product they show on their site is a far cry from what you receive, if you get yours order or not. Many have not received their product and other cases they only got half of their order. I was ok with an exchange if they corrected the mistakes but they claim I do not have a valid claim.

Ordered 4 blankets in November as Christmas gifts. It's mid January, I still dont have the blankets. I email the company (no phone number) they write back with tracking, I look up tracking and it says the box is with some type of delivery service for over two weeks. I call USPS, they dont have the items and send me to a delivery service. I reach out to the delivery service and they want 1.49 to give you information, then its the same thing you already saw when searching with the tracking number. I wish I had read the reviews!

I had a similar experience to those already stated. I ordered 5 blankets for my 5 grandchildren on November 18th for Christmas presents. I did not receive any before Christmas and tried to track them down for 3 weeks. They apparently came from overseas and had to go through customs. Then arrived in dome facility and sat there for days, sent to Jamaica, NY and sat there from Dec 20th until January 9th when they were finally picked up by usps. Got them in days after that on January 11th. The quality is very chintzy for the price paint got them. (Even with alleged sale price). The website still shows the same sale price today. Terrible experience dealing with their customer service as well. They responded but had no information to give me! Buyer beware - Do not buy from them! I wish I checked reviews first.

I made the purchase on December 3rd, today I received a part of the order and I was so disappointed to see this. Very small and of very poor quality, super thin, the name is not well noticeable. The page says that 5 days delivery or the money will be refunded. I'm waiting for my money back.WANT MY MONEY BACK

I brought 3 blankets. I was the completely wrong colour. I have sent photos and asked for the correct colour to be sent but they argued that colour doesn’t affect usage 🤬
My 16 year old son would dispute that.
He won’t use a light mauve blanket!
Beware before buying.

I ordered on November 7 didn’t receive it until December 24. I emailed them right away. This was a Christmas present and I already was panicking because it wasn’t here. When the site said 5-15 days. This was the WRONG product all together. I ordered a 60*80 blanket for my 8 year old grandson. I received a baby blanket with a girls name on it. I sent them all the info that they have ask for. I have been going back and forth with so called company since I received it. They finally sent me an email saying that they have checked with their warehouse and I have received it. Which all my emails to them say that. I went to respond and my email address was blocked. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. they take your money and run and to me that is SCAMMING.

I ordered a blanket at the beginning of November, so that it would arrive by Christmas. It is 1/10/23 and I still haven’t received it. Emails just say it’s on its way. Do not ever order from them!

Very bad experience and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2nd week November for 5 blankets as Christmas Presents. The blanket did not arrive until couple days ago. Missing one blanket. The blankets are no where they advertise. Cheap, poor stitches and poor quality very ugly and cheap looking not worth every penny. I asked for refund and they won’t give me a refund though in their policy it says clear if you are not satisfied they will refund. It’s Crazy talking To them. I can write more bad experiences to them.

JUST NEVER EVER DEAL AND DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cake Lust not even good at telling lies. They claim that my second blanket was received and they sent a tracking number to prove it. I’m so fed up with these people. All I want is a FULL refund at this point.
I don’t have time for games.

I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered these blankets. They are nothing like what theyadvertised. When I found these reviews the company had already shipped my order out of 7 blankets within 8 hours of placing my order. The one blanket you can hardly see the name. They are as thin as a sheet. I will never order from this site again.

Ordered 2 blankets November 11. On December 25th I still didn’t have the blankets !!!!! I ordered 6 weeks before Christmas . The next week only one arrived and it was the thinnest cheapest version of what they show online 👎not even close to the color I ordered as well . it is now 2nd week of January and I have not received the 2nd blanket . At this point I will turn it over to my credit card company to get a refund … awful company awful service

Terrible customer service. Ordered 8 blankets took 6 weeks received 3 shipments still missing 1. Emails solve nothing they just keep replying with the same nonsense.
No effort to come to resolution or ship the missing blanket. Do not order from them.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 2 blankets on December 3 hoping to have them as Christmas gifts per their shipping promise of 5-15 days .. it is Junary 10 & I still do no have them! Everytime I reach out to the company they tell me to be patient & my package is in transit. The tracking information has changed multiple times & I can't help but feel like the whole thing is a scam! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Just do not order from this company! Wouldn’t let me cancel my order 10 mins after items didn’t arrive they just keep sending you a tracking number. I would have given zero starts if possible

I ordered 5 blankets for my grandies but the quality was relly poor - wished to return but multiple emails and no reply. Do not buy from this company.

Worst company to deal with. I ordered 5 blankets received 4 poor quality.
They keep saying it was sent in different package now they say it was delivered
I just want a credit and will buy it elsewhere
They should be investigated they just keep giving me run around.
Is there a way to stop these companies they are in Greece so therefore there is no phone number I would like to repot them Better Business Bureau!!

Worst order I ever made online. I ordered 10 blankets in November, received 5 at end of November and the other 5 Dec 23. One blanket was totally wrong in size and color. I took pictures to show the difference and they never took accountability for their mistake. Several emails later they offered me refund of $5, then 8, then 10. Finally I took the $12 offer just so I wouldn't have to deal with them any more. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, PLUS BLANKETS ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY.
