I will never order from here again. First they over charged me. I wrote them and told them to cancle my order and they only refunded me the extra 12 dollars that they took.. I took 2 months to come and when It came I was missing an item!

Has taken over a month to receive one of three wrong color no help can't keep my money back.

I Also ORDERED 2 BLANKETS BUT ONLY 1 CAME IN 2 MONTHS AFTER. Wrote to support over and over and over but always got the runaround then today I am told that both blankets were delivered and the sent me the tracking number. When I click on it to track it down, WHAT A JOKE. I made the order on Nov 23rd and that tracking number showed delivered sept 9th.. basically they claim that it got delivered a month prior to the order. THEY ARE CROOKS.. be smart and order from canada .. I hate being taken

ZERO stars this company gets from me. I ordered 2 blankets for my granddaughters and since they say they shipped it’s been over 30 days. Customer service is a joke and repeatedly states oh be patient, it’s in transit. No matter where you are in the United States a shipment does not take this long for you to receive it. How can someone continue to stay in business like this? I have no clue!! Do they have something going on with these shipping companies? I have repeatedly asked for the shipping companies name, address, phone number and get nothing. It’s a nightmare! I will dispute these charges and file a complaint with whoever I have to and would hope everyone will do the same to get these folks out of business. This site says they will send our reviews to an info email address that I can’t find even exists. I only can get through to the support email address. So I’m confused now and wonder if writing these reviews even helps from this site? It’s so confusing back and forth with everything and everyone. But folks, let’s not give up as if we do nothing ever gets accomplished no matter what you’re dealing with. I’ll continue to keep you updated here as my disputes take hold with hopefully some positive action.

One star is too many for this company. Ordered 4 blankets in October. Only received 3 and had to purchase another blanket from a different company for the 4th child. I have ask for a refund and a tracking number and get neither. They just say be patient. It is after Christmas and I have been patient enough. They are not helpful at all. I am filing a claim with an attorney. Wish I had read reviews first.

Do not do business with CakeLust. I ordered 2 blankets with free shipping. I received only one blanket and was charged shipping. They refuse to credit me for the missing blanket. They also charged account under BEAQEQUEENC not Cake Lust. I ordered 10/21/22. Received one blanket 12/6/22. Filed a claim with CC after sending them numerous emails.

I ordered a couple blankets in the beginning of October that didn't arrive until end of December. I also noticed they took extra money out of my account and didn't apologize/give a reason why. Employees were just very defensive and rude. The blankets are OK material. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere!

I at least received my blankets after waiting 8 weeks for them, not in time for Christmas. The quality is the poorest of workmanship and I’m a bit embarrassed to give them to my grandchildren.

I never received my order for 5 blankets! They were Christmas gifts and $100.71 was taken from my bank acct. I wrote to the company and they always responded telling me to be patient. To this day I’m still without my order. Not a very reliable company. My order was placed in late October!!!!

Worst site ever! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 6 personalized blankets for Christmas for my nieces. I received 3 and NEVER GOT THE OTHER 3. I contacted them numerous times and all they did was send me the same tracking number that said it was not picked up by a carrier. I also ordered these over a month before Christmas and was stuck without gifts for 3 kids. They won’t respond now. I have asked for a refund twice and it’s crickets. AWFUL RUN THE OTHER WAY!!

I ordered 3 blankets on Oct 1. I received one that wasn’t right. I let that slide because they were Christmas gifts and I didn’t want to make a fuss. By mid December, I had not received the other 2. When I contacted them, they said they are on the way. By Christmas, still nothing. Now it is New Year’s Eve and I STILL have not received them. I emailed saying I want my money back and they can have the blankets - if they ever show up - but they are refusing saying that they are en route. I will NEVER order from them again. Very poor customer service.

They are still refusing to give a refund. They are saying, ‘please wait patiently’. How long is a reasonable time yo ‘wait patiently’ for an item I ordered over 3 months ago?? I am beyond frustrated. The blanket I DID get was not what I asked for either. I will never recommend or use this company.

1 star is too many, I ordered 6 blankets for my nieces and nephews, about Nov 1st just got them today 12-31, missing 1 blanket, my gray is purple wrong sizes, I can not give my 3 nephews their blankets with 1 missing. So upset all around with this company. Hard to get any updates, and very unhelpful.
I disputed the charge and finally got my credit.
Date of experience early November to December 31st.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 blankets in November for Christmas. Received one blanket that was wrong size and misspelled. Never received the other blanket. Disputed thru Paypal and am still fighting. The one blanket came from Illinois, but they say I have to return to China to get refund, but address given, PO says no such address. Still fighting thru Paypal, so will let everyone know how it goes, but so far, have won every dispute thru paypal that I have fought, which is why I use Paypal, so don't give up. This company sucks, so keep fighting people and if you used paypal, dispute it thru them. If enough of us do it, Paypal will respond and do something!!!

O stars, I order 4 blankets on 11/26/22 and only received 1 blanket on 12/27/22 after many inquiries. They emailed saying it is in the mail and then got an email stating it was delivered. Don't buy! disputing with my credit card company. Hope I get my money back. 1/3 I asked for a refund and I actually got fully refunded my money back. WoW. Initially told no for the refund but was surprised when I got an email saying they will refund me.

I ordered blankets 2 mos before Christmas and still have not received them. I asked for my money back but was told I couldn't because they were in transit. What a sham!

I actually wouldn't Give it 1 star but I had to in order to write the review.
Never received my 4 blankets and the company is no longer available by phone. Total scam

I wish I had of read the reviews before ordering 2 blankets. One arrived- flimsy- and the other - who knows. Save your time and money.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered my three grandsons blankets for Christmas back in October one I received in November the other two finally came on Christmas Eve. The grey one I ordered for my grandson Jacob was purple. I guess from what I have been reading I am lucky I even received any of the blankets. This company is a scam they say they shipped the correct order out. I guess it changed colors during shipment. They won’t do anything about their mistake. I will be preserving my grandson a blanket but not from this company. Oh, they are also operating under several different names I guess because they have such a bad rap. Trying to say cake list is going out of business. They have several other company names they are under so be real careful everyone. I don’t want you guys to go through what me and many others have had to deal with to find out. Do not prefer from these people. Scammers!

Omg!! I eish i would search more begore buying! Never got my blankets!! I frlt something bad whenni bought it ! I contact them to cdd as mcel they refuse now paypal dont fo nothing to solve! We need to do something its jot fsir prople robe you! You work hard to pay gor your things ! Km do sad and angry

Should be ZERO stars.
These blankets are cheaply made. Not worth the $35 I spent. It’s actually embarrassing how cheap they are. I will not be gifting this. I guess I will use it as a dog blanket.
