THIS IS A SCAM
I ordered 3 and they went to ILL. I'm in Texas. Call ILL post they said my Tracking number wasn't valid and probably a scam. They said they would refund my money and if I hadn't heard in a week to call credit card????? Of course I didn't get a refund. DON'T DO IT.

I too wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, lesson learned!!!! I just disputed this with my credit card company, I sure hope they don't get paid.

Cake lust is a garbage company. Paid for 2 blankets on PayPal. Took almost 2 months to get the product. Open up the box and only 1 blanket made it. Emailed and emailed cake lust asking where the other blanket is and they have not responded to any emails. Do not I repeat do not order from this garbage company

Don’t waste your money. It took over 2 months to receive my order. This was only after several emails. The quality is horrible. The blankets are thin. The plush side with the color ( which is only on one side) is so cheap that it makes the blankets look worn. There are permanent creases in the blanket that add to its worn look.
I bought these as baby gifts, which I will not use due to their poor quality. I wasted my money.

Add me to the chorus of people attempting to warn others about these scammers. Ordered 4 blankets in October. Only received 2 of them. The 2 I did receive are complete garbage. The dye is uneven with weird streaks running through it. Finally, my receipt says my total was $81.99, but when I went into PayPal to dispute the charge, I discovered they actually charged me $98.39. Run, do not walk away from these scumbag scammers!

I ordered 2blankets in October and have NOT yet anything. No updates or tracking since November!!!
I didn't see any reviews upon ordering.....NEVER AGAIN!!

I am so furious!!! They took my money and now are giving me the run around about my order!!!!!

OH GEEZ--I Ordered 2 Blankets--1-Blue-with Block Letters--1 Pink--with Cursive Writing--blue One Finally Got Here--It is Okay--Pink One Comes--with the "name"--Cursive in cursive Letters--NOT the Name that I Had Ordered... Tried calling--Only to Be Told to Come to This Site--Because of Covid---Yep That is Correct Because of Covid--then I Read that cake-lust was going Out of Business.. Come on Folks--take care of Your Customers and you Could Stay in Business--I think I Placed my Order in August, 2022.

Pffffttttt......... customer service is rubbish. Received one blanket - wrong size and spelt the name wrong. When I asked where the other one was, they magically appeared with a shipping note but with NO Name and wrong colour. I first wrote to the 24hservice.vip shipping and after a few times of back and forth with request for a refund, they eventually sent an email with cake-lust.com details which is where I originally ordered from. Ordered in August 2022, and eventually got one last week. Have asked for a refund - its ok the Bank is refunding as I have flagged it as a scam PLUS been scammed by 3 other companies - all originally from US companies apparently. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Scam—I’m a Pediatric RN & care for a bedbound little girl-age 8. Ordered the pink, med. sized blanket with her name. Took forever & lots of begging. When it arrived IN October, it was trash—NO HEARTS after her name (as was shown on website) couldn’t read her name with only 5 letters in it-AND, IT WAS HEMMED WITH BLACK thread-on a pink & white blanket-SLOPPY JOB. I HAVE PHOTOS. I’ve left many emails & phone messages with their Customer Service that states they would “LOVE” to help— NEVER CALL BACK.

As with others, I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 blankets on 10/21 and just received both on 11/26. One was correct, the other was incorrect. Correct name was in the bag but totally different name on the blanket. Tried emailing the company and it was bounced back. I am going to dispute this through my credit card bc I can see it will be useless trying to get them to correct this.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Like so many others, wish I had checked this website. Would have saved $85.00. Ordered 4 blankets almost 5 weeks ago. Was sent three postcard sized boxes, COD!! Turned them down. Have tried to continuously contact company, always get email. "Your product is undeliverable ". Or in transit. Such a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

How do I get in contact with this company. I have heard nothing on my order! No response and the shipping has said transit since day one!

They sent 1 faded 2×3 blanket. Customer service is not cooperative. A lot of email requests but no customer service.

I wish I could give no stars on this scam of a company. I ordered 5 blankets and never received any of them. They charged me more than what the total was too. Their phone number is to a hotel in the UK and they do not respond to my emails. Terrible experience and I hope somehow they get shut down

I put one star because I couldn’t move forward with review. Truely minus stars.
Very disappointed. The pics show a much larger, plush blanket. Very poor quality, and SMALL.

They charged me more than I expected! I ordered 5 blankets and received 4 of them but one has the wrong name on it! I'm missing a blanket for one family of grandchildren. I have the wrong name on a blanket for the other family of grandchildren. They have completely stopped all communication with me!!

I just received a “named” blanket for my granddaughter for Christmas. The quality is appalling plus I had to chase them to even receive it. It cost $50 US with shipping and it’s worth $5 at most.
It’s a scam. Don’t shop at this company.

Terrible customer service. My mom ordered me a blanket for $65 for my sons that passed away and she spelled one name wrong all over the blanket, and didn't put a heart in between two of the names but refuses to fix it, claims she did it correct when I know how I spelled my sons name.

Scam, Scam, Total Scam. We were charged immediately, never received the blanket (it’s been months) and had to cancel our card due to so many fraudulent issues following the order re. further attempted charges/activity. Numerous emails to the “company” with the continuous response of, “It’s on the way, sorry”.
