If I could give a negative 3 I would!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order on November 20th! It’s December 27th and I haven’t received it. The tracking stated it originally came from Italy!!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Buyer be aware!!!!

Ordered 5 blankets in mid October received 2 in November and currently it’s December 27 and have received the other 3, that were Christmas gifts for my nieces. Customer service number let’s you leave a voicemail and it’s full, website says 20 days for shipping and handling, it’s been over 60 and the email responses are are the same “ It’s in transit”, no crap it’s in transit I can read a tracking number too but if you say 20 days and it been over 60 and I ask for a refund just give me back my money cantant the shipping company to return the blankets and go “F” yourselves after I put in time to personalize a Christmas present for my nieces, I’ll just pay more on estsy next time.

Do NOT, NOT order from this company!!! I would give them a zero if I could, I ordered two blankets and I’ve been charged through my PayPal account. I have tried to contact them with NO luck! When I did my order using my email I received a confirmation my order was received and will be notified when it has shipped (nothing since) when I try to log into my account with them it tells me there is no record of my email!
I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!!!!! Nor should “YOU”!!!

Ordered 6 blankets back in november, christmas came and went without them! They took my money and i have yet to get prouduct! Forget about them answering emails! NOT HAPPY. MUST BE REPORTED TO BBB

I ordered 2 blankets for my granddaughters. The picture that they use are NOT comparable. The quality of the material is thin and cheap. The colours I ordered aren’t even close to what I thought I was getting. Don’t buy !

ZERO Stars! Do not order from this company! I wish I had read the reviews first. My last fact update was from 12/13/22. My 2 blankets had supposedly just entered the US. I ordered the blankets on 11/14/22. I still have not received them. My contacts with them have said “in transit”, which they are obviously NOT! Ripoff !!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 blankets for Christmas on 9/15. I received 1 mid November and have yet to receive the other. When I email customer service, all I get is "we'll contact the shipper." I contacted them in plenty of time to re-ship the 2nd blanket if needed.

These blankets were for a brother and sister so I can't give one with out the other. I have asked for a full refund. Christmas has come and gone...

Now reading these reviews, I don't even want to open the one I got. Wish I had read this before I bought these.

I ordered 5 blankets in mid November for Christmas gifts. I received 3 in time but after inquiring about the other 2 was told they were shipped in 3 parcels. It is now December 24th and I have not received the other 2. I have no idea if I will receive them. I was told it was free shipping but was charged almost $200 when the final total was added up. I have requested a refund but doubt I will receive it. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered blankets for my grandkids back in med Oct and they have never received them. Christmas is here. No response from them. Ill have to file a complaint with my bank. Scam!

I asked for a refund over 2 months ago ,had not received the blanket.
I received it today, the worst quality I have ever seen. I was charged $32. It's not worth $1.
It was wrong color, very thin and cheaply made. Please refund. I could have bought better quality at $ store.

Send the correct items, they over charge, cut me off so I cannot send email to them. Biggest rip off ever.

I ordered my 2 blankets on 11/18/22 and the status shows they are in Sioux Falls since 12/16 with no change in status! I hope I’m not disappointed in my blankets if I ever get them!!!

USD $61.49 and was charged over $73. It’s been over 2 months and still have not received my 3rd blanket. Blankets are terrible quality. I would like to receive a refund!!! Email multiple emails requesting for a refund and no reply. I will report you to the better business bureaus. This is unacceptable!!

I bought 2 blankets on Dec 5 and waiting until now , so sad to know that all said that they are with bad experiences .hopefully I can receive them 😓

Awful quality, extremely thin poor quality material, ordered a grey one, got a horrible looking purple one… DO NOT BUY from this site, when I put in a refund through pay pal.. they offer me $3… it is made to look like an American site,,, ITS NOT…

If I could put 0. It is all this company deserves. Cake lust is a garbage company. Paid for 2 blankets on PayPal. Took almost 2 months to get the product. Open up the box and only 1 blanket with the wrong names... Send many emails. Never received the blankets... nor being reimbursed

I would put zero stars if I could. I received the blanket with the name misspelled on their part and the refuse to refund me my money back. Seeing as it was a Christmas gift that I cannot use, the blanket is completely useless to me. I offered to send it back for full refund but they won’t even do that. They suggested I take their $5 for compensation instead of giving me my full refund like promised on their site. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered two 30 x 40 blankets on 11/04/2022. On 11/21 they were shipped from Ireland. On 11/28 they were in Customs in Ireland. On 12/10 they were in the customs in the USA. I hope to get them by Christmas

Purchased 4. They only sent 3. After alot of complaining finally got the missing one. The quality is crap. I would be embarrassed to gift these. Not even fit for my dogs bed. Can't return them since they came from China. They might offer a discount but why would you want a discount for something you don't want. DON'T BUY HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered three name blankets for grandsons for xmas. Extremely poor quality that i will not be gifting. Two colours were correct but the third one, grey, is more purple. Should have read reviews first. A very disappointing purchase but at least they arrived as i had doubts they would after reading reviews
