Great fast delivery and really good edible pen

Purchase at your own risk. Ordered items on 20/08/2025 for next day delivery as items needed to complete event order. Parcel arrived on time but someone else's order. Outer delivery label details are mine but products and invoice are for someone else which is a data protection breach as I have there name, address plus other details and mine is probably with them or someone else.

Theres no working contactable number so all I can do is email to try resolve. How do you send back items not received and how does one get their money back for the next day delivery of the wrong order? Also be careful of the small print, website says food products not returnable/refundable

Put an order for 2x two different products. Online showing products all in stock, needed urgently so paid for next day delivery. Order went through, even recieved confirmation email at 11.45am, but then at 3.46pm recieved another email stating 2x products, ' were now out of stock'. By the time I'd been able to change products and pay the difference, thought I'd still receive the whole order next day, but no only 2x products arrived, the other 2 arrived 2 days later. The online stock, is pointless.

Easy website to navigate and checkout. Delivery was quick and items well packaged. Products are exceptional.

I ordered a frost form kit for the first time and expected it to be next day delivery but it came 3 days later, I re read the order and it was my mistake it said if you order before 3.00 pm it would be next day delivery, lesson learned. The items arrived in good condition and was packed very well. The actual frost form equipment is very well made and I would highly recommend them and the company

Usually if nothing goes wrong with the delivery or product, I think it's great. I've ordered from them several times. I also like their selection of products.
