Opened 10 mins late , the guy was on his phone when I had to ask him a question and kissed his teeth. The lady was nice enough at the tills
Prices are quite high compare to other cake shops. Gave 3 stars as they have everything to do with cake decor in one place which is great.

Really disappointed in this delivery from Cake Craft Company. I have used them in the past a few years ago with no issues so decided to ignore the very poor reviews online. I should have listened. My products arrived damaged - the box, and it's contents crushed and bent (not what you want when ordering Stencils) so much so that I had to find a replacement from another store. All items were there, but 3 were do damaged that there were unusable. I tried to call them to complain the next day but the phones were not being answered.

Always always get my baking stuff from here. Fast delivery and great quality

I needed a specific piping nozzle tip and was glad I found this website. I was thrilled that there was free delivery but at the same time found it suspicious that under delivery method is said "Worldwide (Receive a Shipping/Delivery Quote) within 24 hours". Granted I needed this nozzle so I purchased and money was taken out of my account only to find out I NOW have to pay a seperate fee using a Paypal link they sent me via email charging me 23.00 GBP, just to purchase two piping nozzles.

Legally, I get it they SAID on their website that the delivery fee would be charged later, but I'd be paying about $40 PLUS $10 for the piping nozzles themselves.

I even asked for a refund and I have YET to hear from them.

The items ordered were the items delivered. They were in excellent condition when delivered and delivery took place within the time window previously advised by the delivery sgent.

Overall a good and easy site to use. Delivery took longer than I would have liked but happy with the item bought.

Cakes arrived on time, they are to make a wedding cake which they are perfect for, cannot comment on taste but think it’s going to be delicious which I will definitely use company again for Christmas cakes etc, thank you for your service x

Items are easy to search for and display up-to-date information on stock levels, alternatives and give detailed information.
My delivery was next day, I was kept informed and given my 4 HR slot first thing in the morning by FedEx so my day was not wasted waiting.

Ordering from Cake Craft Company was so simple to do. The website is very easy to navigate. There is an extensive choice of products to select from, whichever needs you have, good quality at very affordable prices. The items are carefully packaged and delivered on time.

1st of all they sent me someone elses order and i paid for next day delivery. No refund given for delivery

By the time they resolved the issue a week later they sent my actual order but stated some of the products were out of stock.

shocking service from this company and all they offer is apologies but that doesnt solve the damage done to my brand. I needed the items to fulfill a customer order and instead im having to run around sourcing items elsewhere at last minute because they wait a whole day to update you with issues.

I wont be using them again and if you choose too, it will be at your own risk
