I purchased a 6 piece Colour Mill…
I purchased a 6 piece Colour Mill pastel set and a solo white bottle of colour mill. I received the 6 piece set; however, when I contacted the company to inform them the small 6 dollar bottle was missing they made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one. Instead of saying, 'Our apologies. Let us make this experience better for you," the representative asked me to go look inside my package again. Interesting. Obviously, nothing else was in my package which is why I contacted the store. No problem. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Missing orders
I placed an order directly with this cake craft company and paid extra for delivery. After 4–5 days it still hadn’t arrived, and with very little time left, I had to place a second order and pay again for next-day delivery. As a baker, I rely on receiving supplies on time for my work.
Sadly, neither order arrived when promised. One turned up two days after I actually needed it, and the other was marked as delivered — but I never received it at all.
I tried opening a case to resolve this, but no one has got back to me. It is extremely disappointing to pay extra twice for faster, guaranteed delivery, only to end up with late items and one completely missing order. This has caused real disruption to my baking work. I would not recommend this company if you need supplies for a specific date or for business use.

Product arrived in a crushed box and…
Product arrived in a crushed box and cake box inside was bent out of shape. Very disappointed with the quality of the product - the picture on the website does not show that it is a basic brown cardboard inside and not the white card one would expect for a cake box. The return policy is rubbish and says don’t accept damaged goods but that’s no good when the courier has already gone. I will have to pay for the return for damage that is not my fault. Considering the box cost over £10 for a poor quality product I am very dissatisfied

Excellent customer services from the Cake Craft Company
I ordered from the Cake Craft Company, and received the free delivery, unfortunately this was from Evri, who promised delivery on the Thursday, but after many attempts to find out where my parcel was, they admitted they had lost it. I contacted the Cake Craft Company who responded immediately and organised next day delivery with DPD.
I would like to say that the customer service I received was excellent. Mary went above and beyond my expectations, I would definitely use the Cake Craft Company again. I just would’nt let Evri handle the delivery.
