I ordered sandals in March and was…

I ordered sandals in March and was charged immediately for them,
I sent you 2 emails questioning shipping and tracking information from you, and NO ANSWER from you.
I called your customer service number over 12 times.
No one answers, No message. The beeping sound sounds like a fax number.
Tried to get your phone number in Canada, but was advised that there is no company by the name, CALCEUS I Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

What gives???

Calceus Review

Shoes are nice. The shipment process only took a total of 18 days from Hong Kong,
China to Colorado in USA. I thought Federal Express was going to mess up the delivery
of the shoes since their shipment tracking information was screwed up. The Yun Express
shipping company has a much better tracking system than Federal Express does. I like
the Yun Express tracking web site. It was very professional. Altogether Calceus company
is a good shoe company. The customer service department was very helpful in tracking
my shipment through its trip to my house.

I ordered one pair of black skate shoes…

I ordered one pair of black skate shoes and received a totally different style that looks nothing like the shoes that I had ordered. I took a picture of the shoes that I received and put it on my profile picture that's the only way I could have added a picture for you to see I received the wrong shoes or maybe that they had been substituted instead?

Have not received my order

I orderd 4 covid-19 masks on approximately on or about April 6th. To date, I have not received them or any notification as to whether they have been shipped. I paid through paypal and the money has already been taken from my account. Please update me on my order .
