Yesterday (01.12.2025) I got charged 198.35 DKK for my 5G mobile broadband, after warning them in advance that the number was wrong. No reply back then, no reply now after being wrongly charged.
This company is a joke. They should be a textbook case study on how NOT to treat customers.

Really good internet and data connection. The customer service is great and the overall relation price-service is the best of DK. I’m happy with Callme :)
Was lied to by the salesperson.
- No e-sim for smartwatches
- and no free calls from Denmark to other european countries.
Moved to their service a month and a half ago for these perks and today I found out that the sales person blatantly lied about them.
The employee on support said they can't do anything about it.
A waste of time in my case, I need to go to yet another provider. Be careful with the promises they make.

Inspite of an earlier TRUSTPILOT review, there was JUST a response set, but the email id provided there, has a delivery failure...WHAT A JOKE!
Direct debits have been happening for 4 months now...
Lets see how much I need to wait, before initiating Legal action...

i have ordered the Phone with them on 22nd of September and every time i ask them for delivery status, their worst Customer care comes and say. it will be delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE? i mean whole other companies in Denmark has iPhone got delivered. They don't even comment where my order is and when its going to be delivered ? its been 2 weeks i have been chatting with them and reply is same. WE DONT KNOW WHEN YOU WILL GET A PHONE????? its just a DAM phone not LAMBHORGHINI...... if you guys delay monthly payment, they start charging you monthly reminder fees on top of bill. does anyone ask why consumer cannot charge them with same way ? if they fail to deliver on commitment there should be a depreciation fees company has to pay us. Does anyone knows how to take it to Danish Consumer court? to show their real face and reputation ?

Good company. I like the fact that they don't forget about their customers and come up with better offers for them every once in a while.
Good and fast customer service. I have been a customer ( abonament /subscription ) for about 10 years with many mobile phones bought in this period and I was never dissapointed 👍
