Don't believe their "lifetime" warranty claims. I have had many issues with my water bottle from them, where the cap didn't fit the bottle properly and according to Camelbak that is not a warranty i... See more

I'm super frustrated

I'm super frustrated! My fiance loves these bottles so I ordered him one. I bought the wrong one so I canceled it right after the purchase went through! Customer service emailed me back and said it was canceled. 3 days later the money has been taken out of my account. I called and they said it's already been shipped but when I go to their website to do a refund it tells me "item has not shipped yet". I'm very disappointed and will not be buying from them again.

Camelbak still going strong after 12 years

I bought a Camelbak mini running rucksack in 2008 to use in marathon training. I ended up wearing it to run the marathon. I then used it to train and run two further marathons. Twelve years later and I still use that little bag almost daily. It has been one of the best sports accessories I’ve ever purchased.

Useless warranty

Bought a Camelbak Charge a few years ago. Generally it was fine but then the reservior split.

At this point it seems that they no longer make that backpack nor the resorviors that fit it so I'm unable to source a replacement.

I contact their support hoping that the lifetime warranty meant that they continued to provide parts. They confirmed that they do not.

They offered a discount to purchase a newer model but didn't say for how much. To be honest I'm just annoyed about the waste so don't want to buy anything from them again. I'd hoped the pack would last longer than this.

So if your product fails you should hope that it fails before Camelbak release a new range.

Easier to buy & care for a live camel

"Got your bak" really means: "We could care less after we have your money."
The grossly overpriced Omega is not only fiddly, but the bite valve broke after only a few uses.
Contacting them will send you on MONTHS of BS, only to end up emptyhanded.
Substandard products at premium prices -- after dealing with them since early MAY to get them to help me, I conclude: It would be easier to care for a live camel than deal with this company.

"Got your bak" is worthless

"Got your bak" is worthless. My bite valve broke after a few months and i contacted the camelbak warranty "submit your claim" form.
I heard nothing back despite repeated emails to their warranty email address.
Don't buy from this company - their warranty is worthless and they are selling substandard products at a premium price that they aren't prepared to backup.
