Pretty awful experience.
I ordered one of their products (100€) on December 15th.
It was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days.
When the time came, I had zero information from their side so I contacted them.
They told me that they were still waiting for the provider to send them the item and they didn't know when I would receive my product.

This happened 4 times in 1,5 months. Thy never provided me any information, I was the one that had to contact them every single time.

They basically sell a product that they have no access to and they tell you that you will have it in 5 days.

I own a photo studio and I needed this product really urgently.

Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time, don't buy anything here.

I bought a product from cameranu.nl that is not sold in Italy and that is difficult to find in other European countries (in some stores I found the product in the size I needed but not in the color I wanted, or the opposite).
Their customer support is excellent, they respond very quickly to every request.
In the end for me it was like buying from a store in my country. The product initially required 5 or 7 working days to be available in stock again, but instead it was delivered to me by courier within 3 days and packaged impeccably.
I have already purchased another product from their online store.
