Came here to scan a few photo's. Not a big order for them but the attention and service level was very good. I am gonna pick photography again soon and for the purchase of a new camera I will return. If the service is already good for a 3 Euro purchase then it must be at least as good for a camera!

Ordered a new action camera, expected delivery on Monday-Tuesday (ordered Saturday).

Did not got the package, so contacted the customer service. At first it was very messy and confusing, got different answers from the call we made and the emails I sent, but in the end got helped and my main need was fulfilled- they will ship out most important part (the camera) and batteries will come later. I needed this delivered asap, and hopefully I can receive the camera this week.

Even though it was a bit frustrating at first, they managed to help good and responded in english (some companies actually refuse that and respond in dutch), which is very lovely.

The best Camera Store in The Netherlands. Very quick service and shipping your orders are always on time! Phone Customer Service are top notch and very attentive they're also very helpful and friendly for any quiries.

Went here for a camera repair (camera was bought somewhere else) and throughout the whole process I received updates on the status of the repair. Very pleasent and smooth process.

Super explanation by personel. They answered all the questions I had about a simple SD card for an old EX 3 Sony camera. Helped me with ‘unboxing’ the firm package and allowed me to install the card in the shop.

I have waited for a product which was not in the stock! I had to reach out and ask when it was being delivered, and the answer was “We don’t have it in stock and delivery date is unknown”. However, I ordered it with “next day delivery option”. This is a very cheap mistake for a company who is serving professionals!

The best thing you have done for me is moving to utrecht,The shop looks great, The service is good, the information keeping me informed at all times how my order was and is progressing, some time its nice to go to the shop and look at the product that you are buying,

I asked them for a solution to the Peak Design clip for the backpack, since the plate does not fit my tripod. They gave me a solution to buy an extra head for my tripod, which I was not very convinced about.
Unfortunately, they did not have other brands of the clip that might have worked on my tripod.

In the end I kept the clip, and I will change the plate when I go into street photography mode, and when I need the tripod, I will change the plate.

Ordered a new monitor. Got notified delivery was delayed and they would contact me about the reason. They contacted me, explained and still managed to get the monitor on my desk the exact same day. Perfect service: if something is wrong, communicate and fix it
