Frustrating web site
I spent an hour trying to book a 2 night stay in the New Forest. Your web site kept telling me that there was something wrong with my details. In the end, I booked trough another site.
You have now sent me a booking confirmation which means that I'm double booked.
Please delete it and refund the deposit.

I found booking difficult
I found booking difficult. Its not clear which dates have been booked and I had to check about three times. Also I thought I had added a pup tent but I hadn't so I have to phone about that. It doesn't give the price per night.
