I went to the store on a Sunday…
I went to the store on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. I took a look around and then waited until one of the sales people was available as the store was busy. Luckily the first person available was Jason. He asked me what I was looking for. We went over options. We looked at this fridges in detail and determined which one was best suited for my needs. I made a decision and placed the order on the spot, making arrangements for delivery .
I don’t think I was in the store for more than 40 minutes from start to finish. Jason was very professional and quickly filled out in my order request.
Jason told me how I would be contacted for delivery on my requested date.
A day before the delivery, I received a text telling me when to expect delivery. It was a three hour window.
I was able to track my order to see where it was on the delivery schedule. I received a text saying that I was next stop on their delivery route.
Two gentleman that came were very nice and very professional and friendly, they unloaded the fridge from the back of the truck unpacked it from the box came in carrying it with straps and plugged it in taking less than five minutes.
From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend. Canadian appliance source for any purchases of large appliances.

Canadian Appliance Source saved us money, delivered our washer/dryer on time, installed the unit, including dryer vent, washer connections, electrical connections and left the area clean. Delivery did not meet my expectations. I would like to see you offer more of a white glove option (and charge for it) where the fridge is not only connected but it is left user ready. The delivery was not in line with the money I spent on this product.
