Good purchase experience, disappointing installation.
Very happy with the store experience. Havy Khalil was a pleasure to deal with.
The delivery experience was disappointing. I felt for the crew because it was a miserable day, but, in their hurry, they marked our kitchen floor when installing the fridge. We will probably need the floor repaired.

I bought my stove online from the company's website in London, On. It was fast and easy. They delivered the stove right at the time when they said they would. The delivery guys did a nice and professional job installing the new stove and taking the old stove out of my house and into their truck at no cost. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!
