Purchased a gas range on a Sat told it would be delivered the following Tuesday received a phone call saying the delivery was moved til Thursday a cpl hours later was told it wasnt going to be delivered until the week after. I'm pretty sure the sales rep knew what was in inventory and just wanted to make a sale. I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere.

Anna Facciorusso sends me product deals from time to time. I believe she is out of southern Ontario. I am in Eastern Ontario, and I get amazing service from her whenever I need to replace a major appliance. So far CAS has always had the best deal, and I’ve been very happy with my purchases. AF has never been pushy, and I will definitely shop with her again.
On Nov. 17th of this year we purchased a new refrigerator because of the positive experience we had in September with the purchase of a dishwasher. BUT, were we ever wrong to have gone back. We specifically asked the salerep, Havy Khalil if the frig went on sale at the end of the week with Black Friday promotions would we receive a rebate and he confirmed this would be the case. Wrong - today Nov 21st he now says that he will not honour a rebate because delivery was one day before the announcement of the sale. We thought we were dealing with an honest retailer - not so. We will never buy another appliance from this retailer and will highly recommend to our friends the do the same.

We ordered a dishwasher from CAS, as we had purchased product from them in the past and had a positive experience. Little did we know that the installer would give us the bad news of the washer not being able to fit into the allotted space where our previous washer was installed. Sadly we had to return it and the process of return and refund went well thanks to customer service rep Aisha, so I have to say we're still impressed with CAS and will look forward to future purchases.
I bought a $3,000 dishwasher from Canadian Appliances. It arrived without a mounting bracket, so the installer said he could not install it. I was told I had to order the part from the manufacturer and when I did so, it took about an hour on the phone to get them to send the part. Then they said it would take up to two weeks for me to get it. I had no working dishwasher, and a dishwasher sitting in my kitchen.l had guests coming and this was the state of the kitchen. So, after all of that hassle, which should have been handled by the sales staff at Canadian Appliances, as it was their dishwasher, I went to Rona and the fellow there gave me a whole package of Bosch parts including the mounting bracket free of charge—that is customer service!! I then had to wait for the installer for a few days and he charged us another $250 because he said we did not have the correct hook up—not sure I believed that, but we were desperate by that point. In addition, CA sold me a plug and cord for $33.00 and I did not need it, as the dishwasher already had one. I took it back to CA and they said I had to get permission from the manufacturer. I live 100K from CA, so I had to go home, fill out the form and then take it back 100K to get my money!!!! The manufacturer said it was final sale and could not be returned. So now I am out $3,283 for a dishwasher I don’t love. I will never ever buy from Canadian Appliances again.

We were very surprised and frustrated after purchasing two high end refrigerators. Unlike several refrigerators that we have purchased in the past, these units required more complicated installation which we learned only after the units were sitting in our kitchen.
These refrigerators are tall and unstable so can tip over very easily so that they pose a real danger. They should never have been delivered without a co-ordinated arrangement to have a contractor install them. The units also had two right hinge doors which is ridiculous fo side by side units. Canadian Appliance Service will not provide a technician to correct the door hinge issue. They also have made no provision to arrange for an installation technician or even provide a list of recommended installers. These issues could all be avoided by spending as much energy on communicating with their customers appropriately as they did on getting paid. We will never deal with this company again.

Nishta made changing my delivery date perfect and seamless. She was courteous. Our salesperson Adam from the London store is the best, he is very passionate about his job. not only is he very knowledgeable about his work, but he is also sincere. He does not try to sell you something you do not need, he knew our restrictions on size and was able to find us a perfect fridge. Even though we went in many times, he always showed us and explained the fridges to us. 10 stars
