What's not to love about a group of people working for others 24/7? Always friendly and helpful, they go the extra mile as a matter of course, I'm totally impressed, no other organisation comes close in professionalism and dedication.
The Cancard is immeasurably useful in informing and educating those who need it. Despite having a prescription I am glad to have my card as another layer of protection from misunderstanding.

I recently updated my details with Cancard UK and I’m really impressed with the improvements to the new website. Everything runs much more smoothly now, and responses are quick and helpful. It’s also much easier to get clarification when needed, especially when you have your medical summary ready.

Before these changes, there were a few glitches around the payment process, but these seem to have been resolved, which has made a big difference. Not everyone fully understands or agrees with this kind of medication yet, but having a service like this in place really helps reduce anxiety and provides reassurance.

Great work to the team for making the process so much more efficient and user-friendly!

I absolutely 💯 feel more confident taking my meds with my cancard, i had trouble logging in and the team sorted it out promptly, I thought my card had expired, and the team reminded me that it was still in date I highly recommend getting a card if you take cannabis, and can't afford to get a private prescription, as they are insanely expensive. So for a 1 off payment evey year gives you peace of mind, I've not yet had to use my card, but knowing its there just incase, keeps the paranoia away!!

Really easy to apply for/renew.
Second card coming now after applying 3 days ago.
Good for piece of mind if ever in public with the chance of being pulled aside by law enforcement.

Quick and perfect service , very polite and well comunicated

I was one of the very first people to get the MK1, First Generation Cancard over was it 9 years ago and when you join you pay the full fee of £30 and there was a renewal fee of i think it was £15 as you have gone though all the process of been cleared so on and so forth,

Fast forward a few years to 2026 i looked in to renewing my card so i logged on to the new look website and put in renew card only to be meet with a fee of £30 witch is wrong as it was only £15 or has it been changed to a renewal fee of £30 and bear in mind this is only for a plastic card no proscription or anything like you get from Releaf or Curaleaf if you pass there medical faze part,

4 E Mails later to Can Card and still no answer back about my quirer about the renewal fee on the website and still now when i log in i am greeted with the £30 renewal fee for just a plastic card, is this right if so this is madness just for a card nothing else ?

After reading some of the other review looks like they are doing it to everybody scamming them with the card and payments,

Ask yourself before you buy this card, What do's this card actually give you answer is Nothing...No Prescription, No Flower, No Doctor, No Personal Immunity From Arrest ... Nothing.....

Great initiative and a responsive team running it. 4 years with Cancard and very happy with it.

Applied for my card and when I sent my medical records I was approved the following week

You can't get better than cancard it's so so helpful if you get stopped by the authority's or people saying err look at him smoking that just flash your card even try and make people understand why you use cannabis but a 10/10 service thank you guy's

Basically a rip off, I paid, then they needed more details, I tried to contact them, they referred me back to their online info, the email i received was basically a bot or really unhelpful person.
WHAT SORT OF COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY BEFORE THEY'VE GOT ALL YOUR INFO.
They rely on that to catch people out, clearly a company who has no intention of actually speaking to you if you have an issue. Avoid and hopefully regulations will come out to stop people like this, all I want is to not have to take tons of opiates and weed would help greatly, trouble is I lost my money and couldn't talk to a person, so i've been ripped off
