At first I believed I was getting scammed but they was undergoing her change of the website so there was a few delays getting Back in touch with Me via email and delaying getting my Physical card, but once all the changes were sorted I was able to receive emails and get onto my online account which showed my digital card then also was emailed back explaining their problems that they’ve been having. Didn’t have to pay again and they help me login now I have my card and I’m very happy with it thank you.

It's easy to follow when applying as long as you have your paperwork im renewing and never have problems they make it easy and clear

Great service for genuine medical cannabis for people with serious health problems

Super easy to apply and a much needed service!

As there site was getting revamped the responses where slow but it all seems to be working now and responses are fast and helpful, I’ve just been accepted for my Cancard so look forward to being able to get the help I really need.

I've been following these guys for a few years, and am happy to say I'm now a cancard holder.
Medicinal cannabis use should not be a privilege, or a crime.

The new site is brilliant, it couldn't be easier to use, I was approved in less than 24 hours.
I haven't had any issues with the law lately, but it is reassuring to know I have the law on my side now, thanks to Cancard.

I have never needed to show my card as of yet but I’m sure if they would and I had my ”henry” in the car with me (why would I?) police would likely not arrest me with a small amount and the card together proves I’m a medical user! If you got boxes in ur boot it’s not for ur medical user is it! So then police will arrest you as they suspect you are going to supply, and that is a crime!
My cancard helps me feel like I’m doing the right thing, also can put you in touch with other people with similar issues who may have new suggestions on how cannabis can help me. Also there are events and I know this organisation is run by humans who started this because they had similar problems to myself such as stigma etc. And I know they are lobbying the government for legalisation of medical use of marijuana.
These are just people like you and me and I think the incentive is spot on and I’m glad someone is doing it as I’m too disabled to! So 5 stars from me even though you might not always have time to answer the phone! xxxxx

Cancard gives me hope that cannabis users will one day be accepted as normal people and not druggies.

Been a member a few years now, not needed it once so total waste of money. This card does not protect you from prosecution, nor does it stop the police from just charging you because they feel like violating your rights. It’s does actually nothing to protect you as a legal user, you’re paying a bunch of people to fight the cases of the few who probably could afford a lawyer…. Just spend the money on a lawyer if you need one as this card won’t have your back nor will the people. Will be cancelling shortly

Applied for my card on the 13th of October and paid got accepted for it on the 14th of October recieved a email to say my card should arrive 3 weeks when trying to login to the website it says user not found and no response from the support team having contacted them on the 6th of November and multiple calls also sent a second email on the 10th November still no reply
Tried to access the site again today 11th November still no joy after being stopped by police I had no access to a card luckily I had a copy of my prescription.

I would like to add that I have not received any information about the site having down time / changing to a new site, I have now managed to login showing the card as active but still no physical card or reply from customer support from any of the calls or emails made regarding the missing card.

Quick, safe, friendly service. Just make sure you have the essential information required.

I recently got a Cancard, difficult to provide a summary from medical records. Would be really helpful if Cancard had a telephone number so you could check this with them. They make you use email and they acknowledge with an auto reply where they promise a response in 48 hours. They don't respond at ALL. I've tried 3 times now and all attempts have failed with no response at all...

Would highly recommend getting a cancard it's a piece of mind that you are not on your own especially when going through distress and alarm for medicating you're self as it's not nice to be treated like a criminal due to you're medication, I'm glad to be apart of this wonderful and supportive community that cancard has created much love to you all ✌🏼
