I love their products no complaints there my issue is with them shipping it to me my first couple purchases came in about a week or so but it was that third purchase they said they shipped gave me a tracking number and I tracked for about a week and it didn't move it stayed at the post office in Huntsville so I called them and gave them my tracking number and post office said that they never received that package SO I e mail Canvas Beauty Brand and they respond sorry Love but your packages were in our warehouse and they got damaged,lol🤷SO a week later there still sifting through packages No orders received 1says fulfilled and the other is still unfulfilled but they got paid for both!! I'll try my luck somewhere else, I tried!!!

Product is good but the delivery is horrible

I wish I could go back and undo my purchase. I purchased the kit that included, shampoo, conditioner, follicle booster, serum, deep conditioner and purchased the moolaah moisturizer. I have no issue with the shampoo and follicle booster that made my hair soft, however after applying the conditioner and on separate washing the deep conditioner, my hair was left feeling like a Brillo. I have never had my hair feeling so dry, brittle and tangled after a washing. hoping the moolaah moisturizer would detangled and softened my hair, I had no such luck. Now I am stuck with these products not sure what to do with them. I will go back to my basic castor oil and over the counter shampoo and conditioner, where I have much better result. By the way I have natural color treated hair, so I don’t know if this is the issue.

Please do not be deceived by the advert. Product not of good quality, service is appalling, communication is horrendous, they blocked me on Facebook. Please stay away.

I use the Shampoo, Conditioner, Follicle Booster, & Serum!! These products work WONDERS!! Ive used every major black hair brand, and this is the only one that not only grew back my edges, but also grew my hair! I had severe traction alopecia and nothing would work. I almost gave up. I saw a promo for Canvas on Instagram and decided to give myself one more try. Boy am I glad I did. My hair is so healthy and the growth is amazing! I put alot of my family and girlfriends on to this line and they also love it. I am a forever customer!! SN: I buy directly from the Canvas Beauty website. BEWARE of fakes!!

The hair products at 1st leave your hair soft for about 1-2 days. However, after regular use, your hair becomes dry and brittle. Customer service is non-existent and shipping takes forever (approx 3-4 weeks from order to delivery). Products are overpriced. I tried to give them a 2nd chance and they still blew it. Not worth the hassel!

They failed to give me a refund on an order that I never got😡 I also had to file a police report

I ordered a few months ago the promo of leave in conditioner treatment they sent me shampoo and conditioner. I tried to contact them and reach out to them via email they never refunded my money at all for the bad shipment. Again, I gave them another chance for a promo of hair serum of 3 bottles, but they only sent me 2 bottles again I took pictures back in December never heard back from them or got a refund.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN TWO MISTAKES MADE!!

This rating is for shipping only. Received the products within 4 days. I have not use them yet. Wish me luck.

Not a good serum..
Been using it for almost 3months..
At 1st it was doing good.. It’s like the minute you stop using it your hair become thin & sheds a lot..
So disappointed in myself will never purchase again..

The only reason why I’m giving this product a star is because I can’t give it zero stars. I bought the oil and used it off and on for about a week and a half. I mostly used it on a really thin spot in the edges of my hair. It has thinned it out more and the thinning has spread across the front of my hair line. There’s also a visible bald spot in another area of my hair. They should stop making this product. It’s not right.

I am shocked at some of these reviews. I know for a fact that there are scammers that have used this product name. Maybe some people bought from the scam company.
I’ve used this brand for both myself and my daughter. The hair serum worked wonders on a little mishap spot I had. It’s really worked in giving us both more length also.

GoodMorning everyone,,, I just wanna say the canvas product dried my hair completely out, after two month of using the hair serum ,shampoo an conditioner, my hair became so dry it shedded every time i combed it,, I lost confidence,my hair would be so hard...I started using rice water moisturizer an mint oil drops in two weeks my edges came back my hair stay extremely soft an easy to style,,,,I will not name the product cause I don’t get paid to advertise ppl products but when i tell y’all my hair feels like I got it blowed out an flatirioned it’s that soft an fluffy an I’ve used no heat......

I bought the product last year, washed my hair with the shampoo and conditioner... my hair was at its healthest state ever before washing wirh this product...
i noticed my hair afterwards had a odd dry withered texture... i realized something happened... but wasn't sure... i washed my hair a week later and same thing but worse... the product damaged my hair more,
I ended up having to cut my hair because my hair was just coming out so bad, same thing happened to my younger sister, her hair came out terribly bad too... sigh... i definitely dont know whats in the bottle that caused it.. but i dont recommend using it

I ordered on April 8th 2021 it is now April 18th my product still hasn’t been shipped out. Usually 3-5 business days reputable companies will ship with tracking available. I sent a few emails no response no way to speak to a live person regarding my order. I will never order anything from this company again.

I ordered the Canvas package that came with the shampoo, conditioner, and oil... My hair was already damaged when trying this product, I used it for 8 months and did see results but begin to get busy with life and stopped using the products as often and when I say my hair begin falling out in clumps smh!!! My hair is more damaged then before and I am so upset 😡... I would not ever purchase from this company ever again... My daughter was also using this product along with me and experienced alot of hair loss also...

I didn’t think Canvas Beauty would post my review because “how dare anyone not love our product!” so I saved this so I can post it all over. I received the Queen Starter set and was surprised by the sizes. I was expecting these 4 oz bottles but they're the standard size. I couldn't wait to use it. First off, the shampoo was very luxurious and satiny. I didn't get that "squeaky" feel to my hair and it felt so clean and it smelled AMAZING!
But then I used the conditioner. While it smelled awesome, it was so thick I had a hard time trying to squeeze it out of the bottle. I finally had to take the top off to use it but I was impressed with.
The Hair Blossom Serum is where I ran into significant issues. First, the bottle was filled to the top. While some think this is a good thing, it created an issue with squeezing it out, and the tip is extremely small. It was difficult to get out and when I squeezed too hard, the overflow came from under the top. I had to put it in a different squirt bottle just to use it. Then, it had a funky smell to it that happens when something is on the shelf for too long. I've seen videos where people are using the tip to directly apply it with no problem, but that wasn't the case with this. Since it's too expensive to throw out, I have to figure out a way to work with it; perhaps spray my hair with a scented hair spray to mask the odor. I'm not happy because I wanted to write a glowing first review, but while I’d recommend the shampoo, I wouldn’t the conditioner and sure as heck not the funky smelling serum.

Unfortunately, My experience was the same experience as most others. My cousin recommended this for me. My hair fell out. I now have several bald spots. The shampoo stripped my hair. The conditioners are not moisturizing at all. I am horribly dissapointed in this product. It is not for all types of hair like it claims. I have been natural for seven YEARS. I went back to my original product line.

I really didn’t want to write this review simply because the owner is a young black women doing her thing, however my grandmother after being a cancer survivor, brought the serum and the little bit of hair she had grown back fell out. I brought the serum, shampoo, conditioner and hair follicle booster in early November 2019, didn’t receive them until mid March 2020. The follicle booster made my hair super thin but more importantly the serum is TRASH. Its thick (hard to come out the bottle), it stinks (really really bad), and my hair starting falling out after only using it for 3 days.

Anyway, kudos to those who had better experience but I honestly think we as consumers need to do more research on these hair stylist somehow becoming hair scientist and producing products that aren’t scientifically tested over a period of time.
