Ver good ambience

Caprinos Nottingham. Food ok. Delivered on time. Problem is with the delivery people. I have ordered from this takeaway and a few others. I always leave very clear instruction notes as I live at an address with an A. I even put a note on my order to phone me. Same delivery person twice from different takeaways in a row now, has gone to deliver to my neighbour. I sometimes order a takeaway as I work late shifts. The delivery drivers, this one especially is not good. I asked this particular delivery man if he had just gone to my neighbours house and he laughed. Didn't seem to understand English very well. I find it worrying that these people are allowed to drive on roads as some signs actually have writing on them. Unless it's selective understanding? If I said "do you want a tip?" they would understand that! Here's a tip for them - do your job properly. I Will be contacting the takeaway when I have time as it's bad for their business and bad for their customers.

If anyone is cinsidering to go into franchise with these lot its a scam you have to earn over 8-9k before you make a single penny and 120k minimum startup cost, ridiculous rules which u dont follow they fine you and can remove business from you also ninimum 5 years before your in positive if ever

We tried to order the special on caprinos buxton website same as the app £11.99 medium pizza was charged at £17.99. We evemtually called caprinos and placed our order on the telephone. After 3 attempts with the guy on the telephone as he couldnt seem to take our address and postcode correctly. Then when we tried to pay it took 3 attempts as he keep getting the card details wrong. Pizza and dirty fries were delivered on time but the delivery guy called us as he said he couldnt find the address. When i went to the front door he was standing on the footpath outside my house. Last time he delivered he just left the food on the door step without knocking or ringing the bell. Terrible delivery service. The pizza was revolting I ordered the medium veggie supreme with extra cheese it was so hot the pizza was ruined it was just completely covered in hot peppers, i could not taste the rest of the sparse seldction of vegetables ( not vegetarian just fancied a vegetable supreme) i had to pick off most of the hot peppers before I could eat a second slice. The hot pepper flavour was so strong it ruined the pizza. Horrible. My friend had the loaded fries the same so much saracha ot was revolting. They may as well of just sent me a bottle of sauce. Either there are untrained people putting together caprinos products in Buxton or someone is working their notice. Absolutely revolting
Could not eat it. Wont be ordering from Caprinos Buxton again bad all round experience. Dont bother. Avoid.

We ordered the pizza here because they had good deals on. Me and my partner never order takeaways and this was a disappointment. We waited 2 hours to get our pizza and then when it came it wasn’t that nice to eat or look at.
When the delivery person came they didn’t apologise for the long delay or anything.

John at 32 gave me free garlic bread as I did my order wrong pizza always seem to be freshly made A1

Caprinos Liverpool, and Caprinos Norris green is the best ever, fittest food and well better than the likes of domino/ pizza hut 🥳❤️ and my local one is the best, even the delivery driver is beautifully polite and lovely ❤️❤️❤️

WARNING - A SERIOUS WARNING!!

Despite ordering and making it clear my order as a plant based eater, this shower sent me a chicken wrap rather than a paneer wrap as ordered. Not only that they loaded it with jalapenos and did the same with my chips both items were loaded with jalapeños that I specifically customised out of my order. Needless to say the food was binned.

Whilst I do accept that sometime things can go wrong what I do not accept is the fact they have ignored me on several occasion when I highlighted this issue. I also sent a formal complaint to their head office some weeks ago, which has also been ignored.

Folks if you have allergies this is one place you must avoid at all costs. They are a danger to the public as a result...

Chippenham shop. Although the other reviews were hit and miss I thought I’d try them out as fed up with Domino’s and I was pleasantly impressed by the size, taste and amount of toppings on my pizza and it was cooked nicely also the price was good. Can’t fault them also ended up with a free can of coke with my order which was really good 👍 I will definitely go back and order again. I ordered at 23:40 and they said my delivery would be at 00:35 and it arrived hot at around that time so all round happy with my experience 😁👍 9/10

Not a big pizza fan but had the same pizza two Fridays in a row because I enjoyed the first one so much! Fresh, hot, crispy, lots of toppings, although this time maybe there could maybe have been a bit more chicken, but definitely 10/10

Ordered from the company got a raw pizza that have made me very unwell I rang up to be told I was laying about the about the pizza being raw and to never I’m banned from the shop for laying about it the costumer service is just as poor as the food and I can’t wait to be update the health board about it

Ate it this pizza place and all I can say was it was truly awful. Soggy cold pizza and when I complained, I was told where to go.
Do not go anywhere near this chain
Perhaps they should get in touch with me, I’ll show them how to make proper Neapolitan pizza to die for.

Steer well clear, its all Halal and if you ask them about it they give you a load of abuse and 4 letter words!!

Once the food got here it was OK! But the delivery process was really poor. Ordered food at 18:20, ETA was given as 35 minutes, app showed order as accepted. The order status didn't update the whole time we were waiting. At 19:25 I tried calling the store and no one answered. I tried again at 19:33 and was told the order was on the way and the driver was 10 minutes away. 25 minutes later I called again and was told the driver was 2 or 3 minutes away. The food did then arrive a few minutes later. It was very hot so I think it's very unlikely it was already on its way when I first spoke to the store. It was a small order - one pizza, two sides and two desserts. An hour and 45 minutes is a ridiculous wait for anything that isn't a huge order in my opinion.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery @16:08 and they didn’t turned up till 17:23 and the expected delivery time was 16:43. Very bad service and had to cancel the order at the end even after contacting the store for several times after the expected the delivery time and getting excuses like, please wait, will contact delivery driver, on its way, i just started and i don’t know anything. Lady from the store was saying that it is too far away which is 3.6 miles and 9 minutes drive which she don’t even know the place as she sounds so.
Staff does not know what they are doing and how a service should be. Basically, needed to wait for the cold food after 26 hours of travel, tiredness and hunger even after paying for the food, service charge and delivery.

Never recommend the delivery service or the pre take away orders from Caprinos Witney store to anyone. Absolutely horrible as it is not the first time this happens. Better to collect the food rather than a cold pizza.
Never had these kind of bad experience as one pizza took almost 2 hours of valuable time for nothing.
Delivery driver said he had 5 orders and went to delivery them altogether. How is it possible to have hot food in this situation?

Caprinos Birkenhead is literally the best pizza place ever . Their pizzas are made just perfect. No soggy middles. The pizza dough is sooo nice.
The loaded fries are really tasty as well .
Always met with a friendly smile whether collecting or being delivered . Never late when delivered. If you havent tried this place , it really is a must .

HORRENDOUS!!!

Wrexham Caprinos pizza should be ashamed of themselves.

The recipient of the phone, that I would pay for cans of drinks bank transfer to the driver, the customer assistant told me to F - OFF.

I told the Lad, is this how you speak to a customer, he told me to stop talking and come to his shop, and tell him how many fathers I have!
So I went to his shop and told him I have one father, now tell me how many you have lol.

I also told them I would report this to the manager and who ever is in charge, The customer assistant replied he is the owner!
This happened 2weeks ago around 9pm/10pm, when I asked the lad to come outside and resolve this issue away from his staff and customers, he swore at me again and again!

I told him to call the police but he didn’t, as most of their delivery drivers don’t have a full UK License and proper delivery insurance.

Now I can’t even order for my family as I fear the staff will tamper with my food and maybe spit in it!

Please can Caprinos head office help!!

This by far is the best takeaway that has ever come to the Wirral. The food is top quality and the offers is amazing. We don't need another place to go to why there around.

The size of the large pizza is huge and it is only 2 large pizzas for £20 really filling good service and just an amazing pizza place highly recommend
