Ring is beautiful. Watch out for the Trump tax
Ring is beautiful and just what I ordered. Only reason for the four-star rating is that there was no mention of duty fees that had to be paid once the package got to the US. There's a Trump tax on these imported goods that was not mentioned in the process

I am absolutely thrilled with the custom ring Capucinne created for me. The entire process, from my initial idea to the final product, was seamless, professional, and incredibly collaborative.
The team, especially Vida, Maja, and Matic, was amazing to work with. Communication was always prompt, clear, and patient. They went above and beyond to bring my vision to life.
For the custom watermelon tourmaline, they were incredibly diligent, sending multiple high-quality videos and photos and discussing the stone's color and clarity with me until we found the perfect one. The design phase was just as impressive. They provided detailed sketches and 3D mockups, and happily accommodated my requests to see different variations, including stone orientation and setting types.
What truly stood out was their proactiveness. When the sourced stone was slightly larger than the initial 3D preview, they immediately stopped production, created a new, updated model for my approval, and got my confirmation before proceeding. That level of detail and commitment to getting it right is rare.
The ring arrived with secure tracking, and it is absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship is top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the experience or the final piece, and highly recommend Capucinne to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality custom jewelry.
