My first experience of buying a car online was seamless, well supported with excellent communications from Spencer. He explained the whole process very clearly and nothing was too much trouble.
Despite issues with a personalised number plate and the DVLA, the issues within Car360's control showed a well thought thru system which together with the excellent delivery and collection service ran like clockwork.

A really helpful team and such an easy process

Really exceptional experience. I tried to buy a model y from a few car supermarkets and was met with a lot of very dodgy dealers, promises over the phone and then complete refusal to put anything in writing/email, or mileage discrepancies on the hpi checks that were passed off as if they weren't a problem. Car360 are the polar opposite of this, everything via email, confirmed with short phonecalls to their very helpful team members. Car came yesterday and is pristine, looks essentially brand new, and came with the usual type 2 charger but also a 3 pin charger thrown in free of charge. Gave me a very reasonable price for my part ex, and the home delivery/collection was totally seamless. When it comes time to change cars again I will go straight back to car360, I will recommend car360 to friends and family... Honestly I cannot give them enough praise, felt like an honest and fair deal, no pushy practises trying to flog ropey warranties/paint protection like the other companies I tried.

Helpful in finding me a car, great to deal with and the handover was great. What's not to like?

I was initially a bit hesitant about paying for a car upfront without seeing it in person, but the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The team kept me well informed throughout, with everything clearly explained and backed up with follow-up emails. Spencer, in particular, was incredibly helpful and friendly.
The handover process was excellent. I arrived earlier than my scheduled time after an early start, and they were more than accommodating. All my questions were answered thoroughly—especially helpful as this is my first electric vehicle, so I had plenty to ask about charging and features.
The car itself was immaculate at collection, which was the perfect finishing touch.
I’d definitely recommend Car 360 based on my experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Danny and the handover team were really helpful.

I bought my car from car360 and couldn’t recommend them enough. Harry was the acting sales executive and he was fantastic. He replied to any enquiries I had in no time and kept me updated on the process of the car until the day it was delivered. Customer service was brilliant throughout the whole process. No hassle, no hidden costs. Will defo use again in the future and would go to Harry for any advice. 5/5 stars.

I was skeptical initially as not come across their business model before, but I have to say from the first moment we spoke to Dan at Cannock on the phone, til we picked the car up it was all a smooth and steady process. The car was great and as advertised and right now we are extremely happy.

Great service from Spencer. Everything was very easy and communication via messages and email was excellent. I was wary of buying online but the process was really simple and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Danny was brilliant from start to finish - no pushy sales a really comfortable buying experience. Delivery driver was A* called night before to say what time he would be arriving and arrived exactly when he said he would very polite and informative.

Great experience, swift process, vehicle presented online accurately and condition matched the images. Efficient paperwork and good finance APR rates compared with some other offers on the market. Had the vehicle for a few days now, no technical issues or faults. Great experience.

The car was as described and prepared well. Our sales person was Danny who was friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the relaxed, no pressure approach which will mean they will get repeat business from me and others. The car collection process was also laid back and addressed all of my remaining questions.
