Impressed with the initial interaction. Sales team were excellent and loved that the company prides itself on delivering a high level of service for EV cars. Not told about finer details such as the car was only delivered with a mileage of between 40-50, no mats and no tax. Guy who delivered was brilliant. Overall good company and would use again.

Top notch service from them. Bought a tesla model Y from Spencer. Car arrived on time limit had issues with tires so I rejected. No issues. No drama. They took the car back and gave me my refund. I would buy from them again.

Brilliant service and a seamless buying and delivery experience. It was quick and easy and I had my new car delivered to my home within a week of starting to look.

Harry and Danny were amazing from day 1. First time I’ve bought a car online without seeing it. Part exed mine with no issues. Straightforward swap at my house. Service with these guys is better than a dealership, so quick and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for an EV, the two sales guys were so good.

Bought a car from Car360 and was looked after by Ellie over email. Working away at the time, Ellie was really accommodating to reserve the car for me and was happy for me to collect a few weeks later. All questions were answered quickly via email and I couldn't fault the customer service. Collection day was straight forward, with good aftercare provided where required. It may be daunting buying a car online without seeing it in person, but I wouldn't hesitate to do so again based on my experience this time.

Quality of the car was good at a reasonable price. Harry was helpful all the way and sorted a slight hiccup.

I recently purchased an EV through Car360, and the entire experience was refreshingly hassle-free from start to finish. Ellie, who handled my purchase, was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.

What stood out most was how chilled and relaxed everything felt. Buying a car can often be stressful or overwhelming, but Ellie made it incredibly easy. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and always happy to answer any questions I had. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the vehicle was exactly as described. The handover process was smooth, straightforward, and well organised. My first experience of buying a car online was seamless, well supported with excellent communications from Spencer. He explained the whole process very clearly and nothing was too much trouble.
Despite issues with a personalised number plate and the DVLA, the issues within Car360's control showed a well thought thru system which together with the excellent delivery and collection service ran like clockwork.
I would recommend Car 360 to any of my family wanting a car
