Once again I purchased during my birthday had a great experience during try at home visit by Mr. Rabindra Mahto . He was very cooperative and thorough with product description. Thankyou Caratlane :)

Pathetic experience. I had an issue with my kids earring. Provided it for a repair and later the team said that by taking exceptional approval they are giving me a full refund as they can’t repair it. Now things to note is that the current value of earring is approx 6k whereas they have given a refund of 4K stating that was the purchase value. In the whole world the gold is taken back based on the current gold value not at the value it was purchased. I asked for the replacement too which they are not giving stating their policies. Now they will sell the same piece in again 6k. How is this justified CARATLANE? I need my product back not your exceptional approval amount. repair id #EZNOIN189342D-JR

Hi, I had a terrible experience post purchasing a rose gold chain from Caratlane Pune Satara road shop. However, post discussion with the Caratlane head office people ( Pratiksha n Trisha) I got resolution to the issue I faced. Thanks to both of them. I would like to appreciate their promptness and willingness to help and understand my situation post the mess created by the employees at Pune Satara road shop.

Not very pleasant experience. I occasionally wore the pieces and both the purchase from Caratlane has broke without even being used.

They charged me 850 and 550 as a repair cost. However, after asking they waived off 550 which was helpful.

But in nutshell, Caratlane pieces are very delicate and cannot be kept for longer period.

CaratLane has unique jewellery designs and options in both traditional and modern styles are vast.
Biggest plus point is the customer support team. I have many online purchases and never regretted. I usually stick to one person Mrs Dorothy Vincent. Either placing order or exchange related or refund or trial at home, Mrs Dorothy solves queries quickly and efficiently. It’s a pleasure to interact with. Keep up the good work.
