Fabulous try at home service, Lalit Rana was extremely patient and helpful in giving us time to decide, helping us with product details and price breakdown. He even exllained us different schemes ongoing in caratlane. He made the decision of the purchase extremely easy.

Try At home with Caratlane
I had been shopping at Caratlane on occasions for a few years now but availed its ‘Try at home’ feature for the first time for my parents’ anniversary and it went great!!! The options to choose from among the jewellery designs are much more than you would find in-store and the staff were immensely helpful !
Ayesha did a great job co-ordinating the visit as well as helped me out in adding a few more designs for the visit which I was unable to add on the website myself …
Mr Alam who made the visit was also very helpful , calm and patient as we made our choices !!
I definitely recommend!

The purchase was smooth and easy
The purchase was smooth and easy, with a one day delay in delivery. Mr kareemullah was very helpful during the purchase. Although the size of the diamonds in the real ring are much smaller as compared to the photos.

On a visit to Nagpur
On a visit to Nagpur, India, I was looking for some London Blue Topaz. Whilst it would seem no shops in Nagpur have this stone I was presented with a beautiful sapphire and diamond knecklace at Caratland. It was so beautiful and special, it had to be purchased. Amazing staff, amazing product - 100% recommend
