In August I spoke to Parm and emailed him asking for cost of replacement car alarm remote AND and appointment for them to review the settings on my car alarm.
In an email I was told the the cost of the replacement remote and that the earliest appointment was October 1st.
I responded the same day saying that a 1st October appointment would be fine and also said I could get to them quickly if they had a cancellation before then. I never heard anything back from them.
I chased them about the appointment in October and now they tell me they're busy until the new year.
No professional. Flaky. Avoid - unless you like being messed about.
(When I brought this to their attention they made lots of excuses as to why they might have missed my email but didn't really apologise. And despite their mistake and poor service they offered me an appointment in January 2021. I don't think it's that they're busy. Based on my experience they're probably just a bit disorganised and daft.)

This company also sells through eBay. Their description in this case was inaccurate - their beard trimmer was advertised as ‘hair trimmer, beard, body and neck line’ at the very end of the listing is a very small line saying not suitable for head hair, but in a place where you would put it to hide it.
I have returned the item, they have refunded the purchase cost but not the postage to me and the return postage..... leaving me £10 out of pocket.
I would advise anyone to avoid this company!!!!!!

I would like to name names but fear this review will be taken down, so just a warning to others that have a need for any form of after sales service. If you do get any After sales service expect the worst kind, I received foul language, constant accusations and still no satisfaction.
Speedy delivery, great deal!
Ordered one of their bass deals last year, 2x 12” subs, enclosure, wiring kit, and amplifier. I thought it to be an amazing price for the brands I was getting (Rockford Fosgate, Vibe, and Pioneer). Ordered early hours of Saturday morning, arrived first thing Tuesday morning, couldn’t fault them at all!
Planning to go to them next year for my Air Suspension!
Useless customer service.
Useless. Ordered fittings going by picture and details and wrong ones sent out. Dont even stock the ones they claimed to sell on website. Vish at customer services didn't have a clue what he was talking about. Suggested alternative that would never work. Poor communication.
Told i would get refund. No replys to emails or updates about my refund when requested via email. Several calls to customer services ignored.
Had to talk to company over Facebook messanger for something to get done. Eventually reviced a refund.
HONDA FRV Steering Controls
I had an aftermarket head unit fitted in my wife's Honda FRV a while ago. Everyone I contacted and all the forums I looked at said that there is not a wiring kit for the steering controls and it was not possible. I went into Caraudiosecurity to pick up an FM aerial connection and asked the question about the steering controls. Purav immediately said that he can do it no problem. After the first two attempts he couldn't get it to work but as I was leaving he said that he wanted to try another idea. Basically after about half an hour he managed to figure it out and get the aftermarket head unit to work with the steering controls. Have to say that Purav did not give up and was determined to find a way. Purav and caraudiosecurity are just excellent.

This is a difficult one for me to review. I've had two experiences with Car Audio Security and both were rather average. Both of the times were internet orders of their subwoofer pack deals (sub/amp/enclosure/wiring kits) and both orders I required support for.
The first experience was in 2016, whilst I received my order fine and managed to install it without any issues (in the end), their support didn't really seem to show as much care as I hoped for when the wiring kit didn't offer everything required to wire the sub and amp. There was either not enough terminals or incompatible cables. When I asked them for support I was told that the wiring kits are 'base grade' and don't come with everything I need to install the sub and amp. I asked why this is the case, and they said it's 'standard procedure' and that I am expected to have some parts to install the products. Which is all well and good, I suppose - but their attitude towards the situation just seemed concerning. Their responses were short, and I just feel they could have put a bit more care into them.
As for my second order, which was a few weeks ago (2018), I ordered another subwoofer pack and, to my surprise I received an e-mail stating that their amplifier was out of stock. They suggested a different amplifier which was only slightly better in compensation, and by slightly I mean I had to use an amp that would take a lot more power and impedance just for 50 extra RMS. And again, the wiring kit did not come with everything to install the amp and sub (my main issue this time was that there wasn't any terminals for wiring into the fuse provided). When I spoke to them to discuss other options, they seemed pretty insistent and the support just reminded me of the first time I ordered from them.
Overall, good products and at a competitive price, but whilst their in-store support may be great (as other reviews seem to claim), their online support is lacking and doesn't appear as kind.
