Great service and top quality clean work
Best in the business by a mile

As i have a Viper immobiliser im sent to this company from the viper directed website for replacement parts.
I need to replace my touch key, i was told the item was £35. Rather expensive as you can buy a brand new immobiliser with 2 touch keys without installation for £69.00.
I was going to order it anyway, but was then told to have it delivered was £4.99. A total rip off for postage.
My first experience with caraudiosecurity but never again.

The install and tuning of my JLAUDIO sub woofer & amp done by Darek is really neat and professional, pleasure to look at, even more to listen! He tweaked the amp setting so now I’m really getting the most out of my system. All cables neatly arranged and shielded! Top shot!

Been using these guys for a while now and honestly cant fault them.
Every time i change my car i go there cos i always wanna change my stereo and the knowledge on accessories from Vix and Purav is overwhelming.

first of all what a fabulous shop, its like walking in to an Aladdins cave for cars.

went in wanting to change my outdated sat nav to a new one with car play, but came across an obstacle such as harmon kardon. i was fobbed off by a few other shops with ridiculous labour quotes and told i have to bypass my factory amp. when i spoke to the shop guys here they said no thats not the case and there is an alternative and sold me a fitting kit which incorporated the factory amp which allows everything to stay as it is, except that i would lose the fader feature, which i thought was brilliant.

i had then chose to get it fitted and was exceptional pleased with the end result, it looked and sounded perfect, also the service and help i got from the engineer (Jordan) whats outstanding.

will definitely use these guys again and without a doubt recommend to others

These guys are great! No hard sell, they discuss your requirements and work closely with you to provide the best possible solution for you. I have a Lotus Elise which is super difficult to work on due to lack of space and the fit and finish of the work was first class. They kept me updated along the way and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is the third car they've done for me in 7 years and there will be plenty more to come.

Really experienced staff. I have spent quite a little bit of money for my setup and they were really helpful in choosing the right combinations. I came out of the store with confidence and smile. Excellent - These guys are really good, they know there stuff. Their customer service is tip top, i needed a refund on something i ordered by mistake and it was done without question and the money was refunded straight away. Also i need help with a wiring issue and they took the time work with me on it. If you spend all day looking you might be able to find cheaper but i would rather pay for having the comfort of knowing these guys care and will deal with you in a professional manner.

I needed an adaptor after changing my Mini Radio/Cassette to a newer CD player. It needed a combination of two adaptors and some rewiring. The sales assistant was very helpful and did the rewiring there and then. He then helped me fit the unit in the car park. Initially there were some issues around the wiring adaptor which he quickly corrected. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Many thanks.

I've been buying for many years from car audio security, if your within reason they will go out of their way to help you all they can. Products are what they are and they will advise depending on many factors related to you and they car. I've bought kit for 3 cars over my lifetime and all the time their service has been top notch.

In the past two days I came across a problem with my audio installation as my car is an import and Purav and Pav didn't hesitate to help and sorted my problem out, allowing me to carry on finishing off my install.

I've heard people say that car audio security are expensive, but I ask if the level of service is included is it worth the risk and marginal saving?

Top guys will continue to buy from them for future installs and builds and send friends are family across.

Bought a Kenwood BT73DAD ,When I was fitting it I broke off the dab aerial plug connector totally my fault, returned to the shop and told them what had happened, they took care of me, fixed the unit for free, i have bought car audio twice before from these guys, and their knowledge on car audio is exceptional, you would not be disappointed if you bought from them, customer service is second to none.

I purchased an off the market stereo from abroad. I was struggling to install it on my car so I took the stereo to the Car Audio Security to seek advice. It just took them a matter of time to solve my problem. Brilliant service, Quick guidence and value for money. I strongly recommend to all.

I went to upgrade my stereo and speakers for my car and was overwhelmed with the shop. I spoke to one of the guys working there and was highly impressed with the knowledge and choice of products. Truely a pleasure and will definitely be returning!

Went in for the full airlift suspension kit.. fantastic! very pleased with everything, the guys were happy to answer any questions I had, and we're truly helpful. Will go back again for some wheels and sound system

I like my music however not into the whole sound system hype with amps and subs. Where many companies would lose interest in a customer like myself and have so unfortunately, Caraudiosecurity didn't.
Very helpful and informative. Great customer service not just from one but from all. Heard what my needs were and guided me to what i required.
Not just gained a customer but i will also highly recommend them to friends and family.

I have never had a company so willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction. As soon as you step into the store, you get the sense that you can trust their opinions and advise, to give you the best possible setup for your car,

I previously installed two Pioneer subwoofers in my boot with the amplifier. All was going well until the amplifier went into protect mode. This is when I had called up Car Audio Security, I spoke to a gentlename called 'Vicks' who had offered to help diagnose the problem free of charge. Vicks recommmended for me to take the car in, when I was at the garage, Vicks had come out and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. Recommended I was to change the ground and that would solve the problem. The reason as to why I would recommend Car Audio Security, is because they are happy to help customers and do what they can. I was ready to buy a new amplifier (£200) and pay for it to be installed (£55 per hr) however, Vicks had saved me approximatley £310. He also suggested if I have any other queries, to call him and he would be able to help me get everything back up to scratch and running again. After I arrived at my house, I had changed the ground to under the seatbelt which had sorted the problem, called Vicks and he said "No problem, if you have anything else that you are unsure about, don't hesitate to ask and I will help you". I found that the service was impeccable as I was dealt with professionally and immediately.

I bought a pioneer head unit on their eBay store. Unit was faulty. Realised shop was only 3 miles from me. Went to shop with intermittent fault slightly anxious as to whether they would exchange. Guys were brilliant. Friendly, relational and when in mattered-fair! They where gracious and quick to offer me an exchange. I said I wanted to add some money and buy something better. They agreed and even suggested I keep the faulty unity for a few extra days whilst I did my research and decided what to go for. Ended up buying a great head set.

Whilst in the shop I floated my ideas on how I want to build my car stereo. There advice was fantastic and the enthusiasm for my project was brilliant.

If you want top service buy people who really do know, these are yourguys. Thanks and will be seeing you soon that's for sure.
