On this occasion both us and the manufacturer were out of stock and we had to wait longer to receive these once reproduced. Would have been 5 stars but for the delay in getting the parts to me - due to them not being in stock, which is fine but i was not told .
Once they came into stock they moved heaven and earth and got them to me the next day so maybe i am being mean with my 4 stars.
would recommend and would use again.

A 2 week delay receiving my panels but…
A 2 week delay receiving my panels but staff very helpful.
My parcel came as one but paid 2 lots of delivery. So for these reasons I haven't given full 5 stars.
Welder appears happy with the panels and has saved a few hours work. Would definately recommend.

Great Customer Service
My order unfortunately got lost due to the courier, when I questioned where my order was the guy I spoke to at Car Body Panels was extremely apologetic and promised to get to the bottom of it. After he found out the courier had lost my items he immediately sent out replacements which I received the next day at no extra cost to myself. Other companies would have told me I need to chase the courier myself but all that hassle was taken away from me.

Poor Delivery Service...
The ordering of required body panel was very easy , as was the payment for the item. However, the delivery company used , DX, has failed to deliver on 2 seperate occasions , quoting that I have chnaged the delivery date...when in fact , I have not contacted them at all.
When trying to contact support department of Car Body Panels, I always get a anserphone message...They do ring back but have not been able to help me with my missing delivery..

I bought 2 sills and 2 front wings for a VW Passat B2.The sills arrived ok after a month. 18 months later still no wings i emailed them they said they will look into it then nothing no response from emails nothing.

Good communication, but my order took nearly 2 months to arrive, and when it did the part was bent by whoever packed it.
Unfortunately can't recommend.

Body parts order refund.
I ordered body parts online and was emailed that 3 out for of the 4 parts I ordered were not in stock and had to be ordered.
When I received the complete order and had the parts checked by a garage and body repair shop, the parts were correct for the car model.
It was decided that the cost of the repair outweighed the value of the car.
On trying to return the 4 parts back,I was told that one part would be refunded and the other 3 parts would not be refunded.
The cost of returning the 1 part was double the price of the parts value.
I was not told the parts were being imported especially but being ordered because only one of the parts was in stock.
If l’d have known I wouldn’t have purchased.
How do I get my money back?

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We did explain these were imported parts before proceeding with importing them. I'm sorry if it wasn't explained regarding being non-refundable but we do detail this in our terms and conditions twice. Parts whilst readily available from manufacturers are not worth stocking due to low demand so we do list a number of parts which are stocked by the manufacturer and we order on a case by case basis.
