Fantastic Coatings!

Not sure how the previous reviewer got it wrong. My classic car has been fully ceramic coated for 4 years and still going strong!

Carbon Collective coatings = no go!

I purchased the base 9H coating + Nero coating in February 2025 from cleanyourcar.co.uk.

I have detailed cars since 2003 and used many coatings (my favourite is Gtechniq). I became curious of the (very expensive) Carbon Collective coatings and decided to give them a go on my new daily driver after a thorough detailing.

These are the absolute worst coatings I have tried. I did all the correct prep, made sure the coatings cured properly etc. By the first wash the hydrofobic effect was very unimpressive and now 2 months later, the water doesn't even bead on the paint.

Both coatings were very difficult to get out of the bottles and apply. The product was crystalized on both bottles upon opening them.
I now have to redo the entire car. What a waste.

I have asked cleanyourcar for a refund.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service. Spent over £400. No reply to emails sent. Tried Instagram message as that seems to be all the rage these days. Still no reply. I just don’t see how in todays age of technology and the internet how companies can fail to even respond.

Bought a nano polisher 2 years ago …

Bought a nano polisher 2 years ago and its stopped charging / working . Put both batteries on charge and its dead in 5 minutes . Sent 5 emails with no response . Crap customer service . Better to buy a cheap ebay polisher for quarter of the price even if it lasts a year . I expected better from a so called decent company .

Product didn’t arrive

Product didn’t arrive. Sent 3 emails with no replies, had to take to there social media page to get a response. Customer service is very poor, they blamed it on only having 2 people working. Anyway no item arrived and of course they blamed the courier they chose to use. I won’t be using them again. Very poor!
