The order came so quickly I haven't had time to experience the full impact.
My order came quickly, but I had just bought a big package of the product and it will take me a while to use it and evaluate the cost in relation to the amount I'd pay to KMart or Target. It's certainly convenient to have the product come by mail. I'd prefer that the product came in an unmarked box, but that's a trifling problem.

I have been using their products for over a year and their customer service is exceptional. They are courteous and very happy. They are very helpful in helping you decide what you want or need, and will send samples of just about anything. They deliver when they say they will. I have only had one late delivery and it was the result of a winter storm. I highly recommend you "try them out".

Your service has always been very good. Having the product delivered directly to my door is a time-saver. However, my only complaint is that it seems to be getting more difficult to find the right spot to place my order. Once I find the right place, everything works great. I would assume that returning customers who always place the exact same order would be able to go directly to that site. Each time, it's just enough difference to require extra time. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

The steps to place the same order again are to log into 'My Account', click on 'View Previous Orders', click 'View' on the order you wish to duplicate. In the lower right hand corner of the order by the order total is a large green button titled 'Duplicate This Order'. I am going to send you a screen shot of what this looks like to your email address. I also want you to know that you can always call us and have one of our ladies place the order for you. We usually answer all calls by the third ring and if you wish to reorder, the call would be very quick.

When my husband's neurological disease advanced to serious incontinence I pretty much panicked.
