My product brand is the Prevail. At the time I started to need them, I could not find them anywhere locally in our rural area. They have a large variety to select from for all sizes of people. You can't go wrong by selecting their products.

Great company, great customer service
I have been with caregiver now for four years. They have been wonderful. I need something for my Mom and they help guide me to what I need. I have all her needs automatically sent to my home, and I never have to worry about running out. I either can call with my questions and I get immediate answers or send an email with my questions and I get answers back within 24 hrs. I am truly happy, I have one less thing to worry about.

We carry 10 times more selection of incontinence products than even the big box stores. If you call before 2:00pm CST product ships the same day. 85% of deliveries occur within 1-5 days, never more than 5. And if you ever have a question, we're just a phone call away (we try and answer all calls by the third ring).
The reason we sell by the case rather than the package is due to the cost of shipping a package versus a case. Most people who take advantage of our convenient automatically scheduled delivery service, Never Run Out, have a delivery every 30 days on average - that's about 3 products a day. In addition to the added convenience, you can save $8.00 off your first Never Run Out order and 5% on all subsequent orders. Plus, there is nothing to join or sign up for. If you find you have more than you need we'll delay or skip the next delivery. That's it - very convenient.

CareGiver Partnership is quick to respond, great at helping and the products I select make caregiving so much nicer.
There are days when I am too exhausted to search for my earlier records to find product ordering ID #s and prices. I am always grateful that the person answering the phone has patience and cheerfully looks up our account to confirm info I need for my order. She feels like a friend helping and it is her attention to detail that means so much in today's business world where so many clerks refuse to lift a finger to click on the "next screen" to find the answer.
Also, when I call for orders (since I pay by check), there are times I spill over with a few weary comments about what is happening in the roller coaster daily life to an Alzheimer caregiver and to my 93 year-old blind mother. The person handling my order is always there, always gracious, lets me share and is sensitive. Just an extra bonus in our world in another state with so many insensitive CNA gals whom we have to train and supervise every single day. It is nice that "someone" understands!
