Carehome.co.uk's helpline service was great. I had a really tricky situation with the council trying to source a temporary care home place for my mother-in-law and being completely unsure about how the process works. I spoke to Janene and she drew up a shortlist of homes and has kept in touch since providing excellent support, explaining how things work and referring me to sources of further help such as Care Rights UK and Age UK. The service is invaluable.

What a great caring service
What a great caring service, the representative I spoke to was to say the least amazing. I was asked in a clear friendly unhurried manner to explain what I was looking for, the area I needed it to be in and for any special requirements to support care going forward. I was then sent a list of a number of local care homes who had the facilities needed and they (with my permission) were sent my requirements. The result was, I was contacted by the homes, which I visited and selected the one best suited. A fabulous service that took most of the hard work out of what was likely to be a very stressful time. Well done the team.

Very friendly & helpful in attempting to find out what i required. Unfortunately the care homes suggested were not quite right
and I decided to have live in help instead.But I was impressed by the sèrvice offered.

I was guaranteed a list of care homes for my grandmother by email after speaking to one of your colleagues however I never received the email and have had to start from scratch. So no I have not had a good experience with your company

My dad has been diagnosed with a brain tumor he is in elderhome care home in clatterbridge wirral he is on end of life care now and takes 18 tablets a day he is being well looked after the care staff are exeptionally brilliant at what they do they are all superstars and i think they should be awarded best care home on the wirral my dad is stable pain free gets his 3 meals a day the staff are on call every 5 minites if we need them im very happy my dad is in elderhome and when me and my mum visit we are offered tea buiscites my dog stella is allowed in to visit everyone is very welcoming staff visitors and residents my dad has been a resident now for 2 months ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍❤️👍❤️
