I tried calling just to TEST my Careline box on Sunday 16th but got nowhere as I was kept waiting for a long while after hearing Pendant Message Received. I called again today to test and got the same reply and again was kept waiting so I called Customer Services today and Kristi answered. She arranged for someone to call to sort things out. She was kind, competent and very friendly. I applaud such a caring person! Well done Kristi and THANK YOU KINDLY.

Very annoying to receive repeated…
Very annoying to receive repeated requests to complete "Members Profile". I have done this three times and still more requests arrive.
The watch appears to be over sensitive. I have had four false alarms in my first week of use. I have only a few seconds to cancel. Sometimes thst is not enough.

Great customer support. Careline365 is one of those services you hope you never use but if you do need to then you want to to work seamlessly. I called today about a non-emergency matter - changing the order of who is called in an emergency because of a personal holiday. The call took just a few minutes, as Fahad was able to rapidly look at my account and change the order. And it was all done professionally and pleasantly.
