DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ordered part for my car double checked there website to make sure part was correct for my car paid for 24 hr tracked delivery at extra cost part took 6 days to arrive and does not fit my car as described on there website contacted them got nowhere there returns and refund policy is a joke won’t refund only credit note I’m stuck with a £200 part I can’t use Will never be using this company again AVOID THEM ALL ALL COSTS!!!!

This was my first, but definitely my last order on the CeUk website.
I ordered an item only to find out days later that it's apparently not even in stock. After contacting support, I was told to wait about a week. I ordered on February 27th and as of today (March 14th) I still have no idea if and when my order will finally arrive.
Funnily enough, instead of my order I've already received at least 10 promotional emails, as well as a request to rate the order.Since I am unfortunately not yet able to rate my order, I thought I would comply with the request and at least share what I can rate here.Let's see how long this whole thing drags on, but I definitely won't be ordering anything from there again. Based on the other reviews here, I'm unfortunately not the only one who sees it that way.If I haven't heard anything about my order by the end of next week, I will contact my bank and check if I can get my money back.Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it.
