I ordered a CAI kit a few months ago and after being on my vehicle for a few months, one of the brackets snapped.
I emailed them and straight away they responded and sent me a new one out.

Ordered a Maxton spoiler lip for my Kia Ceed MK3! And I could not have been happier!

Originally was told it was on back order and had to be shipped from Poland with an estimated 3-4 week waiting time only to have it turn up in 1 week!

I was kept informed of every move my package made from being made, to being shipped, arrived in the country and to my door!

If you were thinking of buying from CEUK, i couldn’t recommend them anymore!

Absolutely fantastic service and very knowledgeable of the products! Even had a step by step on how to fit my spoiler from the owner!

I purchased an engine mount. This was not as described or advertised, so in my mind, not fit for purpose. I tried to return it however CEUK do not accept returns on engine mounts.

I then initiated a chargeback through the bank providing evidence of multiple requests to return the item with it being declined.

The bank provided a refund after which CEUK sent legal communications threatening me with court action and CCJs as the item was not returned despite my multiple requests. Not only is this incredibly unnecessary it is also bullying, threatening and harassing their customers.

I believe CEUK operates in a way that threatens the wellbeing of its customers.

CEUK will respond to my review with their side of the story as is their right. However my firm belief is that they operated in a way that disregards how a business should operate in the UK. Specifically regarding distance sales and general customer service.
