This company is good but lost my money reason of finance company

Great sales team - not too pushy and very pleasant
Not that many of car I wanted and all had a lot of mileage but happy w car I bought so far!

AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would strongly advise people to avoid CarGiant based on my experience.

I purchased a vehicle less than 30 days ago. Within the first week of ownership the brake warning light came on while I was driving. I have dated photo evidence of this. At the time the car felt heavy and unsafe to drive which is extremely concerning.

I paid out of my own money to fix the issue. When I went to Goodmans service to fix the braking lights they found 15 faults that I was never informed about at the point of sale and confirmed the vehicle was not safe to drive. Fault messages appear when the ignition is turned on and disappear while driving but intermittent faults are still faults.

Despite this CarGiant continue to say the vehicle is in good condition. They have kept dragging out the return process, delaying emails and giving different reasons instead of resolving it properly. I was told because it is a Mercedes I should take it to Mercedes for them to confirm if the faults are worthy of a return which feels like another way to avoid responsibility.

The salesperson who sold me the car said there was only one previous owner and did not provide any service record. The person I spoke to on the phone today Naheem who also sold me the car and has been sending emails has kept prolonging this and telling me to pick up the car. I was also later told I supposedly signed something saying the car included an SD card which I clearly remember reading before signing and it did not say that. I also know the vehicle did not have an SD card.

Every time it looks like the car may finally be returned they come up with another issue or requirement which just causes more stress and delays. As of today I am still waiting for a response.

I have rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I will not collect a car that has shown brake warning lights and multiple faults within the first week. I am legally entitled to a full refund.

This whole situation has been stressful and exhausting. I would not use CarGiant again and I would urge others to be very careful and do listen to all the google reviews and do your information research before getting a car here .it has been extremely stressful as they keep coming up with different stuff.

I bought car from car giant 6 months ago car start having issues from day one been contacted them many times problem never been resolved. Now I just washed my car and paint come out from back and find out that car been painted whole and had accident. I pai 16and half thousand pound for the car .. to find out this . Now can’t wash the car . If I sell nobody want to just because soo many faults. I will never recommend any one to go car faint as thy are very bad .

We had a pleasant experience, and the service was amazing. We were served by Amir and he treated us very well and handled everything perfectly. The process was smooth and overall a great experience.

The staff were very clear in their explanations and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone was approachable and available whenever I had questions. A special thanks to Steven, whose support made it possible for me to buy my new car today. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

Car was faulty exactly 6 months after buying. Various issued like fuel rail. Dpf issues etc. Warranty isnt worth the paper its printed on. Bought a previous car from here and was generally ok but this one has been nothing but trouble. Owned it for around 13 months and driven it around 6 months of that. In and out of the garage and the warranty they sell seems to want the cheapest solution to any repair as you would expect. I do believe they can sell a good car but when you get a bad one then forget the warranty its basically useless.

We were assisted really well, and Mohamed showed me what was what and answered all my questions, explaining everything to my understanding.

What made my experience great at car giant was our sales man William, made sure we had a good look at cars within my budget and made sure we took our time before purchasing, I did not feel forced into a sale. Very good salesperson

Able to find a car that is reasonably priced

I am an old customer with them I took 2 cars in previous years and I was very satisfied but today 7 Feb 26 I was and I made a quote on you a car to take it in monthly installments and the boy from Finance was very tired and did not want to make the quote and took after a quote a year old quote that he had in the system where I had refused to take a car then because the interest banks was too big. I was very disappointed that you did not renew the application.

Irfan was great - very friendly and knowledgeable, great customer service. Explained everything really well, made our trip worth it!

I’ve become a serial customer, once again Cargiant has come through with another car, a real pleasure to deal with them from the initial meeting with the team to the handover a real genuine customer based service given, no doubt in the words of Arnie “I’ll be back “!
