the telephone call was amazign adn entertaining! i was surprised of the quality, price and speed they installed the whole front window in my car. i could sit in the lounge and work on the computer- can strongly recommend!

Bad Customer service at Carglass Birsta, Sundsvall, Sweden
Customer service at Carglass Birsta, Sundsvall was terrible.
The work was good but the personal was extremely unprofessional.
It was also extremely hard to find the very small office and garage located in an area with +15 other smaller business.
When you use Google maps it don't show you to the store and there was no good signs to find your place.
This was not a big deal but after the extremely unprofessional personal it all made it scale of 1 (1 to 5)
However i did not think to much about it and left the car and picked up the rental car. The most unprofessional acts happened when the car was done and ready for picup.
This was in Birsta Sundsvall Arbetsledarvägen 10, 857 53 Sundsvall.
The rental car was great and the work was good. But there is no way acceptable for your personal to be that rude.
When I left the car at 1400 Monday 20th April. I explained in casual that it was very hard to find the garage. The answer was that you had to write the correct name off the address. I did. I actually used the link in the email that I received. (Order confirmation sent to me by email). Something I also explained.
In Google maps it shows up Carglass, then the adress. But the employ told me it had to be spelled only with the adress and not carglass infront of the adress. Still emplying it was my fault. "I just said that I used your own link from your confirmation order send by mail"
After this I said several times. Please call me when the car is finished and I will come and pick it up. I will be busy working from home.
He said ok.
1630 he calls me from a random mobilnumber, I answer he don't say anything.
I say; Hello. He still dont say anything,
I say; Is my car done now?
It's been done for a long time, I texted you. Was his reply nothing more.
(He did text me I saw later at 15:39)
But he only called 16:30.
I said that I asked you to call me but I can be there in 5min.
NO I'm going home now. He finish at this time he said. UNBELIEVABLE
I said again. It only takes me 5min to arrive. Is it not better to fix this now.
He just said OK.
When I arrived 5-8min later. (Approx 1640)
I asked him why he was so rude on the phone especially when I asked him to call me when the car was done.
He started to lie to me saying that he told me that he said I would get an sms. That he normally always do that to his customers. I told him you never said that to me.
(The crazy thing is that he never said it)
Also it would not make any sense as I asked him to call me when the car was done. 2 times..
I told him. Don't you remember me saying two times for him to please call me.?! Something I defiantly did;
He lied once again and said that he never heard that..
Crazy unprofessional...
I can not recommend your business.
But it was easy to book and the work was good.
However customer service is very important and my father and I are very upset with Carglass.
I wish you send your personal on an course to learn good customer service.
