Extremely poor quality.
Shocking customer service.
Purchased 10 denim aprons. They have deteriorated and literally fell apart after 2 months.
Going back and forth with ‘customer service’ for a month now and still no resolution. No apology. No product replacement/credit. Just out of pocket $500. The company has no integrity and they are exactly why the ACCC exist.

I ordered an apron for Christmas and needed to return it due to the material. I sent a return request four separate times and have not heard back from the company. The apron is shipped with a card that says “returns? No worries.” Yeah right. If you are in the US, you’re better off buying from chef works.

I ordered 2 collarless navy shirts. I had made an enquiry about embroidery and uploaded the logo etc, just to have it all disappear somewhere. All good, I ordered 2 sizes up, I wanted the room to move as I work with boats. The shirt is a snug fit, and only comes halfway down the fly on my pants. They are not usable, as I cant put my arms up or tuck in the shirt, its so short. As a female, I don't want to be exposing my belly or back every time I move. I am disappointed as I thought I had found my forever go to for uniforms.

Crap. Firstly the diagram for taking chest measurements is shown for men, not women, so they say for women you take the chest measurement under the arm, not around the widest part being the boobs.
Secondly as this is the case I had to go up 4 sizes! This made the overall length of the checked shirt come down past my knees!
And also as the shirts are quite a narrow fit, this was another reason for going up 4 sizes.

I ordered a denim apron and it was way too big upon arrival. The return process was a nightmare. I had to pay for return shipping, and reach out about a refund multiple times before getting a response. When I finally received the refund it was for $20 less than I originally paid. So between only getting a partial refund and return shipping, it cost me $30 for something that was too big and I didn’t keep. Horrible customer service.

As there were no reviews I checked on google maps to make sure there was a shop in Melbourne, calling them as well. Ordered from the website Tuesday afternoon and the shirts were delivered Thursday morning in a rural area. Measurements (for tall person) on website matched the items dispatched and were to the quality I required for work. Absolutely would order from this company again.
