I’d actually put a ‘No’ star review if…

I’d actually put a ‘No’ star review if I could. After eventually finding out that Carillion managed the public areas behind our house I contacted them via telephone as their website had been ‘hacked’, this was 16th September and have been sent a reference number for my enquiry. To date no one has phoned, emailed or even knocked at the door!!! The fencing at the rear of our property is managed by Carillion and backs onto another two properties too. Our neighbours behind us were told it wasn’t Carillion’s responsibility, oh really, I’ve checked it is. And, now the part that backs onto our property is falling towards my garage because the fence is rotten and delapidated. Also a 6x6 ft metal shed has been erected behind the fence which is now causing a land slip, this undermines the integrity and security to my property. This issue needs addressing straight away as both myself and my neighbour do not feel safe in our homes!! Possibly will not hold my breath for a reply. Appalling communication from you!!!

So Bad And Embarrassing

I don't normally post bad reviews but i have been disappointed so many times by this company. I have saved in the military for so many years but the standard of treatment when we need heal from CarillionAmey is so appalling. as it stands I reported 3 faults about a couple of months ago and I haven't received any response. Some of the faults are electrical and dangerous as we have bare wires. Please help.

Bad!!

Terrible army accommodation service and absolutely shocking with getting repairs or things done even when its down as an emergency!!!

Shocking

Have been living in our family housing for two years now and the amount of faults is to much to write about... However when trying to contact the company we wait weeks for appointments, works either not complete or completed properly so the fault returns... the manager has come to view our house and was rude to my partner absolutely joke of a company.

Embarrassment of a company.

Embarrassment of a company.
By far the worst run company I've ever had to deal with, rarely turn up for jobs and when they do they just seem to pass the job onto someone else, the MOD need to cancel there contract as they really don't care about Military personnel and their families.

Utterly useless

Utterly useless. Im not sure words can fully describe how bad this company is. The latest issue being mice, making their way into the house and helping themselves to the dog food. We logged the issue and then didn't hear anything for a few weeks. Then get a message at 9pm saying that an engineer will come the next morning at 8am. No prior warning, no time to organise our work for the next day. So contractor turns up to an empty house, we ask him to come back on a day the following week where we can take time off work. He doesn't show!! Carilion apparently told him to come a different day, but failed to tell us!! So the fiasco continues. I write this as i sit in my living room waiting said contractor who is 2 hrs late to the prior agreed time....looks like he might not be coming again...

1 star is only there as i have to put one.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Gunna be 4 weeks of no hot water in my house, as they only available slots they have are weekdays when everyone works......

An estimate time of...pm or am. Yer cheers, ill just sit at home for 5 to 6 hours when i should be at work because you wont work weekends or after work hours..... makes sense.

So again... they will come in 2 weeks to fix my HOT WATER for me to be at work again.

Oh yer. They offer a phone request service so they can ring me when they coming. But apparently they dont ALWAYS ring.... more they like we will give them your number and they will NEVER ring.

Waste of time. MOD contract needs replacing. Carillion amey dont deserve it and cant handle it.

Shocking

Shocking. There are slow to get stuff done. When you ring for repairs or a house move they are arrogant and rude. If a job gets done it's a terrible fix.
I would give it 2 stars but the why they talk to you and the lack of help at there call centre on 0800 707 6000 is shocking.

Utterly hopeless

Utterly hopeless. Came to replace my garage roof and put scaffolding up around my car! Then turned up when I was out at work (away overseas) and asked if I could empty the garage? Failed to understand how my partner could not just walk out of work to sort them out. Been in the military 29 years. They are just as bad as Modern Housing Solutions were before. The call centre is laughable. I imagine it to be run by David Brent. Never phone back, never log the job request properly. Just moved to Cyprus the works contractor is outstanding, polite, on time and professional in their but guess what......CA are reported to be coming here as well. God help us.

We've had bird mites (that bite) in our house for 14 months now. I've had to lose 7 days work where I've waited in and nobody has turned up! Our daughter hasn't lived with us for a year due to the mites. They eventually came to remove the loft insulation 11 months after we first reported this and one of the men put his foot through the bedroom ceiling, so for the past 3 months we've had no loft insulation, a hole in the bedroom ceiling and not one phone call from Carillionamey!!! Just this morning an electrician turned up to do the safety inspection which he had done 2 weeks ago. We're now moving out because their service (if you can call it that) is so appalling. No communication either with customers or between their own departments. Never ever put the customer first. I would be ashamed if I worked for them!!!

If only there was minus 5 stars

3 missed appointments in a row, on third one they closed the job without turning up. Needed a spare part for the job which was deleted and no one knew which part is needed. Had to restart the process and have an engineer come and establish which piece is needed.
Booked another appointment and the engineer turned up without the piece. In total took 8 appointments and 8 days of holiday lost to have a spare part replaced.
