Had a very positive experience with this company, ordered some car mats and they arrived in 3 days! quality was grand and so was the price!

Failed to send ordered product, failed to respond to emails. Have used before and were fine, but looking at recent reviews they clearly have an issue, avoid chances are you’ll lose your money.

First bad review I have ever given. 3 weeks since order went in, have chased on numerous occasions to be told it will be dispatched immediately but never received confirmation. I have asked that if it’s not received by today I would like a refund. They have sent an email today saying it has been dispatched and given me a tracking number, however they have just arranged delivery and the item hasn’t been collected by the currier.
Only customer service is via email and it’s takes days to get a response, I imagine this is due to the amount of people chasing orders now that I have read reviews. I understand that there can be issues, which I would accept as long as they are honest about it and resolve it in a timely manner.

Seat covers appear to be good quality and fit. However I paid for embroidery and this was not done. No contact from the company despite my endeavours.

Easy to order. Perfect fit. My only regret is that I didn't personalise it

Placed an order for mats with confirmation they would be received within 5 days. Nothing arrived so chased company. Still no response with an automatic warning not to chase again. No reply so chased again. Received a reply stating they were moving premises hence the delay but would receive the item within next 5 days. At this point we are talking at least a month since order placed. No notification on the website to say orders would be delayed. Still no item so raised a dispute with the bank. Once the bank credited back the money the mats arrive and they want their money back. Complete waste of everyone’s time, avoid this company, they are nothing but useless with no customer service. Shocking!

Ordered mats in March , didn’t get delivered until mid April . Only 1 mat in the delivery not 4 and been told to sort out the issue of missing mats with Evri . Only contact with car mats uk is by email which they only seem to send once in every 2 weeks .

Fit is good but the quality of the mat is not as I would have expected.

I selected the ‘super mat’ quality for a cost of over £50 and would have expected the mats to have been thicker and of a higher quality than they are.

Avoid them

The item I ordered was incorrect, and contacting these guys is impossible. There is no phone number and they do not reply to emails.

Placed a £55 order on 1 March 2025 with an indicated dispatch time of 3-5 working days. After no delivery, dipatch notification, or correspondence, I followed up on status on 17 March 2025 via online contact form, since there is no listed telephone number or e-mail address. I immediately received an automated reply stating that a response can be expected after 5 days and an ominous warning not to submit further enquiries since it might delay the response (the automated response also included some belated advice on Christmas closure times of almost 3 months before). I finally received a response 10 days later on 27 April, blaming the non-delivery and delayed response on factory relocation and providing a new committed dispatch date of 4 April. Once again, no delivery or further communication prompted me to follow-up again on 8 April. After not receiving any further communication for another two weeks, I initiated a dispute process with my credit card provider.

Ordered a custom boot mat for my specific make/model of car

The mat was delivered on time however it is completely the wrong size and shape.

I've emailed the company twice with no reply. The car mat was cheap and I'm glad as I can't see this being sorted and was a total waste of money and awful customer service.

Waited much longer than advised. Order not as requested Total shambles.. Never again. Despite e mailing them twice not received a reply

Third rate company

I placed an order with Car Mats UK on the 3rd of March 2025 for mats costing me €74.97 and, unfortunately, never received the item. I received one response on the 27th of March—after three emails—promising dispatch by the 4th of April. Since then, despite several follow-up emails, I’ve had no further communication.
On the 14th of April, I gave the company a final opportunity to provide an update or issue a refund within seven days. Once again, no reply. I had no option but to take time out of my busy day to escalate the matter to my bank and request a chargeback, which has thankfully now been awarded. I have now also reported them to trading standards.
They have no phone number—or at least none that works. From what I can tell, they’ve stopped using phones entirely, and now I see why. You can’t speak to a human being. Everything is automated, and if you reply within five days after sending an email, you’re pushed back to the bottom of the queue. Absolutely disgraceful!
This whole experience has been not only frustrating but a complete waste of time. I would give minus stars if I could. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Awful company. Never again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Car Mats UK, if you’re reading this—do better. FFS!

Ordered car mats for my Honda, specifying what I wanted. Mats arrived when expected and the fit was perfect for front and back. Will use the the company again without hesitation. Thank you very much Car mats.

Took some time to arrive but as they are tailored to suit this was understandable. What wasn’t understandable was the fact that one of the securing pads came off within days of fitting the matt, the second one took longer to come off, but today I took the matt out to vacuum and noticed that the heel plate is coming away from the matt.
I don’t drive the car regularly have probably only driven 1000 miles in the time I’ve had them, for the price of the matts I’m shocked. These weren’t the most expensive they sell but they were the second most expensive ones they sell.

Mats came as expected, good quality and looks good.
I had an issue that the heel pad wasn’t under my heel by quite some way. I raised it as an issue and they sorted it with a replacement driver mat, no fuss no hassle.
Really impressed with the teams efforts and approach to sorting my problem.

took payment, no goods have arrived a month later. just keep gettting fobbed off with automated emails
