Do not use this company. I ordered a set of mats for nearly £60 4 weeks ago which have never arrived and no communication from the company apart from auto order email. There is no phone number anywhere on their website to contact them and after emailing them 3 times the only contact I have had is an auto reply to my first email. I asked for a refund over 2 weeks ago and will be reporting the company to Trading Standards if I don’t hear back from them by the end of tomorrow.

Bought a new set of mats for my car on next day delivery. They came a week later (they refunded me for the shipping) but they didnt fit
So they sent another. They still didnt fit
Despite saying they were matched to my reg, they clearly dont have a clue what they are doing
They offered to send another but absoutely no point.
I then had to chase them to refund me for the cost, 6 weeks after i returned them. Poor service and products

I’m sure this company is fine if nothing goes wrong, but they are impossible to get hold of when it does. Check their website - NO PHONE NUMBER - instead you have to email, which they don’t respond to, except if you email again to which an automated response tells you you are in a queue and every time you email again you go to the back of the queue.

I repeat - NO PHONE NUMBER

I’m trying to get a refund as no goods have arrived after a month but it is impossible. THEY DO NOT RESPOND.

Ordered a set of Honda jazz mats on Saturday delivered today Tuesday, they fit perfectly great price .
Very pleased would recommend this company.

I bought a set of car mats for my Skoda Octavia. I can't remember which level they were but they weren't the cheapest ones, they were either 2nd or 3rd cheapest, and the quality is poor. Heel pad on driver side wore a hole straight through within 6 months.

I placed an order with Car Mats UK which promptly arrived. However there were some quality and finish issues which were reported to them with photographs of the problems.
Without delay I received a response with an apology, along with the gesture of a replacement set of a higher grade mats free off charge as a gesture of goodwill.
They have arrived today, less than a week later, and are excellent in every way. The finish and overall quality are superb.
Thank you to Car Mats UK and they have proved their worth as a quality and honourable supplier.

Only received half my order with no indication as to when the rest will arrive.

The quality of the mat is crap. It absolutely flipping stinks of toxic plastic. I cleaned the residue of and sprayed the mat.

It still completly stank out my van. I've removed the mats and my van still smells of plastic.

This is the kind of crap that takes years of your life.

Can't recommend atal.

Sent me completely the wrong mats, have given them a month to sort it out sending emails back and forth, now no reply, having to do a dispute through the bank!! 99£ mats that dont even fit!

I ordered a Matt for my Van on the 21st of February.
I received an email with an invoice but since have had no confirmation on when my order is arriving.

I have now sent several emails to this company and have yet to receive a reply. The service is appalling, i can understand if there was a delay with the product but at least communicate with the customer who's money you took.

I will be now taking this further as this is unacceptable.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. No confirmation of order and no mats. I emailed them querying my order and it’s been 5 days and still no response. I think I’ve been conned and will now be going after them legally. I strongly advise avoiding at all costs

Ordered for my campervan and they arrived and fitted in a few minutes, they look good and far better than the previous ones

I had a problem with my drivers car mat, after contacting CarMats UK explaining the problem and sending pictures they replaced a full set.
I was not expecting a full set, however it was a fantastic service initially and excellent customer service.

Ordered on Thursday and delivered on Saturday!! That was excellent service.
The mats are excellent quality and very well made. 100% perfect fit.

Ordering process was easy. However the car mats have a smell to them. A bit like moth balls. Anyway it's so over powering and has taken over the whole car. Ruined my driving experience now. Have tried everything g to get the smell out but it lingers. May have to dispose and buy direct from dealer. Poor overall.

Looked like a good product at a reasonable price. Ordered and paid for. Website said to wait 10 days as made to order. Nothing heard so emailed (they deliberately do not provide a contact number). Reply stated despatch imminent. Waited again, no confirmation, no product. Checked the website, product now shown as unavailable. Emailed seller repeatedly, no response. Case opened via PayPal, after another 3 weeks found in my favour and refunded. Maybe I was unlucky or just slipped through the net but end result the same, very poor impression and will not use again.

Poor quality mats, on arrival the clips had fallen off but I was told that is expected in transit! So I was just sent a replacement clip, not the point. Expected them to arrive intact.
Would not recommend.

Rubber car mats do have an overpowering bad smell and can't be used. I've tried different cleaning products for over 4 weeks now and smell is still there.
This seems to be a recurring problem which they are ignoring..

I got at least three messages from this company selling car mats at a discounted price with 60% reduction. I checked that they supplied right mats for my car and ordered them at £26 only to be told that they only do the mats in black despite the website asking you to choose a colour which I did. At that time I was advised that to get that colour I need to upgrade and the price was hiked to £52. Despite protestations I was told that was the price end of.
This company operates sharp practices in my view and I will never use them again.
